Super annoying that 99% of the time I cannot make a purchase because it cant read my location although I have my setting to them having full access to my location always. This is making me go back to jackpocket app instead. It’s so frustrating I have missed many game plays because of this faulty issue !! When I get in the app it literally says I’m in NY then, when i check out it says doesn’t have the info required on my location; makes no sense!!

We can’t verify your location
The verification method that they use does not function properly. I had hoped it was something that would improve, but it’s actually gotten worse over time.
Very bad app and service
Don’t use quick picks or powershot. It will screw you. Their fees are expensive and their deals are joke. Support is a joke too. You can’t buy due to location issues. Tells to contact customer success and they tell you use different browser. That is also via email. Their live chat is a joke. Service is designed to make money of you. This app will not save you time and money but will drain your wallet and give you stress.

Extremely SLOW payout
The payout from this app is SO SLOW - if you play pick 3 and want your winnings quick, do NOT use this app. They take forever even for $80 payout. Do it in person and get your cash up front instead of

Not sure about this app. Tried to make my first purchase, inadvertently paid with Apple Pay which I had forgotten was linked to a credit card, not debit card. Order was refused by the app, since I’m in Minnesota, but my card was charged. Now what??

25% Fee’s
The app works great and is simple to use. Charging a 25% “convenience fee” on each game you play, in my opinion is absurd. People can pick up a lottery ticket at the store for the cost of the ticket, but the same ticket on the Lotto.com app and you’re paying 25% extra, on each individual ticket! So if you buy one ticket it’s one 25% increase, but if you buy five tickets, it’s 25% on each ticket.
Example: 1 - Mega Bucks Quick Pick = $2.00, + $0.25 Fee.
5 - Mega Bucks Quick Picks = $10.00 + $2.50 Fee
I’d be okay with a single, $0.25 cent fee, but charging that same fee per ticket is ridiculous.
