I won a 500$ scratcher 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been paid. Their Aeropay app doesn’t work so I tried a manual transfer with my banking info and that didn’t work either. It’s a good thing I didn’t win the powerball or something big because I’d never receive the money

App claims it can’t get the data to track my location. I shut everything off on my phone that could be blocking. Still doesn’t work. Headache isn’t worth it. Use a different app

I know Lotto is a suckers game, but come on know, you guys make it so obvious that it’s rigged. You’re a billion dollar company, act like it! Is all you have to give me on the scratch match game is 10% and 20% percent off on draw games? All bottom bar stuff. Really?
Always snapshot your tickets
It happened a couple of times where my account wasn’t credited my winnings. So I had to ask for help getting it. I stopped using because what if I won a huge lottery and this app, just didn’t credit the account, what then?!
Jackpocket is better
This logs you out over and over and despite having location services on it state it can’t find your state to verify. Also it fails over and over with the payments whether it’s Venmo or my bank.

Super annoying that 99% of the time I cannot make a purchase because it cant read my location although I have my setting to them having full access to my location always. This is making me go back to jackpocket app instead. It’s so frustrating I have missed many game plays because of this faulty issue !! When I get in the app it literally says I’m in NY then, when i check out it says doesn’t have the info required on my location; makes no sense!!

We can’t verify your location
The verification method that they use does not function properly. I had hoped it was something that would improve, but it’s actually gotten worse over time.
Very bad app and service
Don’t use quick picks or powershot. It will screw you. Their fees are expensive and their deals are joke. Support is a joke too. You can’t buy due to location issues. Tells to contact customer success and they tell you use different browser. That is also via email. Their live chat is a joke. Service is designed to make money of you. This app will not save you time and money but will drain your wallet and give you stress.
