Catastrophic missing features

The entire purpose of this app is so that you can understand what’s available to you in a very short period of time. This app doesn’t tell you is that at the premium lounge in Rome or any other airport you might need to make reservations in advance so you get to wait in the premium lounge line for 20 minutes after timing everything based on this application, to only to find out this app didn’t give you the most important piece of information. Whoever maintains this app has never used it in an actual trip.

Thanks for the theatrical flair! We hope you enjoyed Rome - sounds like the Commedia dell’Arte inspired you. Our (well-traveled) team appreciates the humor. Just to clarify a few things, though: 1. The app does show a big, colorful crowding indicator for most lounges. Look again, it's hard to miss (just like the Colosseum.) 2. Some lounges do accept or require reservations; we do provide this information. 3. Timing your airport experience down to the minute in Italy is bold - almost as bold as the espresso in the lounges! But we appreciate the passion. If only all airport lines moved as fast as your conclusions!

Excellent tool

When you sync with TripIt, it reliably tells you which lounges you can access. I had an issue at one lounge and the LoungeReview support were great about quickly resolving the issue in the app. Highly recommend.

Excellent App

This is an excellent app with features that equal or exceed the now defunct LoungeBuddy. The level of information on the lounges is great, the identification of entry qualification is excellent; and the fact that your trips can be synced with TripIt is a fantastic bonus. LoungeBuddy was the goto for many of us, and with that no longer in existence, we now have LoungeReview, which personally I think not only fills the void but is actually better in many ways. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the best we have

I appreciate the developers’ attempt to fill in the gap left by LoungeBuddy after it was bought, gutted, and eventually trashed by AMEX.

This app however feels like a web site shoehorned into an iOS app—as an iOS app it’s not great, it neither behaves nor feels like one, and isn’t a pleasure to use.

Clean app but still new

It’s missing things like credit cards. I don’t even know if it distinguishes between US and Canadian cards. There is also missing search functionality on cards and the interface looks a little rudimentary. The rest of the app from what I can see is clean

Tremendous

Found this app while looking for a replacement to Lounge Buddy and so glad I found it. Truly a great app and the integration with Tripit makes my travels much easier.

LoungeBuddy Replacement

I’m so happy that you’ve created this app. I was sad that LoungeBuddy retired, but this app has such promise! I love that I can import TripIt. So easy and seamless. I understand that ads are necessary to make money. The endless ad pop-ups are annoying, so hopefully that can be reduced at some point. Or perhaps offer a non-free version. Thank you for this service!

Syncing with TripIt doesn’t work fully

Doesn’t account for flight class when syncing from TripIt which causes incorrect lounge access info.
