Continual problems with the app
Should be able to pay with ApplePay or bPay.

Useless Non-functional app
This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to use. It doesn’t work and whoever designed it is completely incompetent

This is a scam
Levy is not enforced and checked at all at the airport. Do not pay for it thru the app . They say they “might” randomly check it in tourist areas . Ya sure millions of ppl and you gonna get checked. Nope scam scam scam

Once I got to the submit page I was asked to check the captcha… there was no captcha to be checked

Payment not working
Hopefully I’ll grab the attention of someone managing this app and website. Neither work because any email I enter on the form gives me a “The email must have a valid and active” error. Please fix this guys.
Update: had to use a Gmail address as my own domain (which has existed for 20 years) didn’t work.

Bad app
Very clunky, dropped out details during application process, the application disappeared and is not recoverable and then won’t allow a new application
Cloud flare always fail
Always fail and error, making you unable to pay the tourist levy

Doesn’t save your account details and it doesn’t let you save the Levi as a photo or in the app so you have to use your computer/email to save the levy document.

Was quick and easy to use had no issues received voucher via email in less than 5 minutes
Cannot pay levy
Tried numerous times over the course of 2 days to pay the levy tax through this app, never worked. Just kept saying not authorized ,“try again later”. I called my credit card company, it wasn’t a problem with my card. We gave up. We’ll just pay it at the airport. There is no other site to pay it, this is the only “official” way to pay. I just wish it actually worked.

Clunky!!!! Difficult to use - provides a non Australian method to do internet transfers
