Fantastic service , abeera was very helpful as I had a problem with my booking all sorted and got back to my emails very quickly.
Keeps freezing.
I have to use my work smart phone as they don’t give any option to pay with cash or card, so all the more irritating that the app constantly freezes and needs updating every week.

I open the app, it’s asks for my number (I’ve used the app before). Tells me it’s invalid / already taken but there’s no way to get off that page or put my actual details in - there goes my bank holiday sauna session.

So clunky and half assed
I am very excited about the opening of the Kentish Town sauna. I really hope they are better at building saunas than they apps. No option to book more than one ticket, no Autofill. Painful to use, luckily we are determined!

Options for locations and times do not load. Really want to get into this but stuck at the first hurdle….

Downloaded to book a sauna session but no locations come up - just says check my internet (which is fine) and I know there is a location nearby.
