Gute Absichten
Gute Absichten stehen hinter der App. Das ist mir die zwei Sterne wert. Jedoch ist die Umsetzung alles andere als gelungen oder gar sinnvoll. Es entstehen so große Datensammlungen, dass die damit beabsichtigte Kontaktnachverfolgung durch die zuständigen Gesundheitsämter nicht zu gewährleisten ist und man als User mit einen eventuellen Risiko nicht informiert wird. Die Gesundheitsämter nutzen die Daten der App so gut wie nicht, das Belegen entsprechende Anfragen durch die Politik, die veröffentlicht wurden. Es geht ist auch für jeden logisch nachvollziehbar.
Darüber hinaus ist das zentrale Sammeln der Daten natürlich problematisch. Mindestens einen missbräuchlichen Zugriff auf diese Datensammlung seitens Ermittlungsbehörden gab es schon und das zeigt leider nur: Wo ein Trog ist, kommen die Schweine. Deswegen sind die dezentralen Ansätze der Corona Warn App vom RKI in allen belangen besser. Abgesehen davon, dass das Thema mit den teuren Lizenzen auf kosten der Gemeinschaft auch einen gewissen Beigeschmack hat. Klar arbeitet man ungerne umsonst, jedoch sind die Millionen die da geflossen sind für ein Jahr auch schon sehr fürstlich, dafür, dass die App eigentlich nur Papierlisten in der Gastro und bei ein paar Veranstaltungen und Einrichtungen ergänzt.

The only alternative to CoronaWarnApp for those who don’t have a German AppleID
As a Russian a can not install CoronaWarnApp, so Luca for me is the only way to have my vaccination QR code with me. In everything else the application is “okay”: nothing special, but it simply does what it supposed to do.

Stop asking for notifications
There is literally zero reason for me to ever turn on notifications for this app. STOP ASKING EVERY TIME I USE IT TO CHECK IN SOMEWHERE

Am I “enjoying” Luca? No this is stupid
I don’t enjoy Luca or care that much. I get that it’s necessary and can serve a purpose but it is not an enjoyable experience and I wish there weren’t new diseases all over the globe to worry about exposure too.

Application pas fiable
Étant français en week end en Allemagne, cette application nous a gâché le week end car au moment de mettre le numéro français, aucun message reçu pour confirmer le code, et ensuite en essayant à nouveau plusieurs fois de demander le code, l’application bloque et indique que le taux de message reçu quotidiennement est atteint, et aucun moyen de contacter un service support.
La pire application de suivi jamais rencontré jusqu’à présent.
