Give dev a raise! best app!
The developers deserve a raise, especially the Philly one. this app host giveaways that change lives, send affirmations to their customers and foster a community that loves them. I love Lucid! this community allowed me to align myself with like minded individuals and luckily for me i was blessed to be one of the firsts mobile app mobile app testers which i believe is an incredible honor.( i put it on my resume). AJ,Dev,Leo,Rick,Joel and the rest of the team, i hope your pillows are always cold, you’re forever blessed and any envy from any firms may they receive it ten fold. you guys have changed lives and your community loves you. Thank you! also, this app makes it easy for its users to surpass 3+ hours…. that’s great for a propfirm!

Best Prop Firm
Lucid was the first account firm i've ever purchased and i'm nit going to waiver as well. All there accounts are very affordable and top notch in the trading industry. No Complaints over here!!
Customer support
I used to love trading on lucid until about a week ago. There was a problem on their end regarding my sign in information not being recognized by their system, and I could not access my account with active evals on it. I friend contacting customer support, but it is just a useless ai bot. I explained my situation several times to the bot, after I realized it couldn’t help me, I asked it to get me in contact with a human agent. It said I have to be logged into my account to speak with a human agent to get my account manually unlocked. I got no help from any human agent whatsoever. Tried sending a DM to AJ on instagram but got no response. Not very happy with this customer support and frustrated with not being able to trade my active evals.

This is by far the best prop firm in the industry and their app is amazing too. You can request payouts, contact support, see all of your account information all in one place. They even have some addicting mini games too. The new economic calendar is so fire. You also can link your socials through the app. 6 out of 5 star. Let’s go!!!!
