TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Terrible customer support. I’ve emailed Lucid twice about an email verification issue and haven’t received a response either time. If customers can’t even get help with basic account issues, that’s a pretty disappointing experience. I have a funded account that I’ve been trading on but now for the past week I haven’t been able to sign into my account on Lucid due to an email verification issue. I haven’t received a code from them to verify my login and when I do it’s past the 10 min time limit so I need a new code. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I trusted lucid a couple months ago and it’s very disappointing to see their firm execute this way. I don’t want to call them scammers because my account was close to a payout but this is not how a prop firm should run. Please help

Customer support
I used to love trading on lucid until about a week ago. There was a problem on their end regarding my sign in information not being recognized by their system, and I could not access my account with active evals on it. I friend contacting customer support, but it is just a useless ai bot. I explained my situation several times to the bot, after I realized it couldn’t help me, I asked it to get me in contact with a human agent. It said I have to be logged into my account to speak with a human agent to get my account manually unlocked. I got no help from any human agent whatsoever. Tried sending a DM to AJ on instagram but got no response. Not very happy with this customer support and frustrated with not being able to trade my active evals.

This is by far the best prop firm in the industry and their app is amazing too. You can request payouts, contact support, see all of your account information all in one place. Favorite prop firm
This is one of my favorite and best prop firms I’m only having issues with trying to buy a funded whenever I try to buy one through the app it does not load me into the next pay (payment) but everything works perfectly for me. I love it. Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon!
