Wrong contacts given ny app agtwr remake of main LH app
Aftwr updates of Lufthansa and Miles&More main apps, this app is mot rcogising any more my HON status and is giving me due that wrong contacts.

Worthless
The “report delayed bag” page is completely content free. No links, no text, no way to report a delayed bag. Other pages suggest that you go to the web site or call someone. The fart app has far more utility. Amazing that Lufthansa could create such garbage.

Boarding passes problem
Called customer service at 800 645 3880 don’t know how to get boarding passes. She said she was sending via email in 5 minutes never got them
Why? She has the correct phone number and the flight reference number. I even went over the number to make sure she understood then she basically said it’s taken care of as soon as she sends the e mail. Not impressed first time I ever called for help!

Bad experience
The worst customer service I have ever had.
When I booked a flight for a family vacation, I payed extra money and reserved seats, after that I notice that the seats has been reassigned to the end of the plane.
Tried to call the company for clarification, they answered really quick, but the agent refused to help and when he was tired of me he sent me off the the message services. Tried call back, this time no answer.
Outrageous!!!

Useless and pointless
Firstly, this shouldn’t be a separate app from the Lufthansa app. Secondly, every “help“ item I choose just says to call, no chat option whatsoever. So what exactly is the point of the app then? Entirely useless and pointless.

This app is worst than useless, its actively harmful. All it does is say to call customer service. You click the phone number provided and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, you are told you called general admissions.
Why a stand-alone app!?
This app is emblematic of Lufthansa disastrous IT ‘capabilities’. Why does a stand-alone app exist for Service? There is another stand-alone app for entertainment. And none of them are any good. They try to make it look nice on the surface but the app has no capability to do anything. You want to change your frequent flyer number?! - you need to call. Please Lufthansa- look at United, copy their app and start over. Whatever you are doing right now is so poor, it really doesn’t pass as an app.

Terrible
Can you imagine a customer service app that provides no customer service? The chat didn’t work, the singular number provided was an American number and there was absolutely nothing in the app that provided me help with what was quite a serious situation. I could find no numbers online, nor any feasible way to receive assistance. If this terrible excuse of an app is the best customer service that Lufthansa can provide then god help us all.

This is a Complete Nightmare
It is impossible to get customer service on the phone. Whenever I speak to someone, my call is dropped seconds later. I can barely get a word in.
Worst customer service support
Besides the incredibly long wait times, when I was finally connected to a representative, the service personnel actually hung up on me. When I called back, my call was refused and no one answered. How can a flight be canceled or changed if service personnel act this unprofessional?
Horrible application
Lufthansa never had good mobile apps, but this one does not even work.
The screen starts with a search field and the keyboard does not even come up to enter anything. You can swipe to other screens, but the interface is distorted.
I really hope that Lufthansa has a different management for quality assurance in place for other parts of the company.

Fantastic Experience
The agent was efficient polite and solved my re-booking problem quickly.
Chat is Fast and Easy!
I had a refund issue with a double charge to my credit card. Agent (Jon) looked into it quickly and resolved in a few minutes. Love the Chat feature!
Superb service
I used this app after being on hold for over 5 minutes this morning trying to change a flight. I chalked it up to coronavirus surge. The next time I accessed the Lufthansa App, it offered me this Customer Service App. I used the chat function and was able to communicate with Kathryn within one minute, who was able to seamlessly change my departure airport on a round trip flight from DFW to CDG. It was instantly reflected on the main app. Oh, and they already knew my name without me having to enter any identifying information at the very beginning of the chat. I’m very impressed during this time when I’m sure they are all extremely busy. One more reason to love Lufthansa! I’ve been let down multiple times by other international airlines, but never by Lufthansa. I will continue to fly them whenever feasible.
