Pathetic experience

Very disappointed with LuLu Exchange customer service!
I transferred money from the UAE, and the amount was deducted from my bank, but it never reached the receiver. I have been trying to contact LuLu Exchange for days—no response on live chat, no reply to emails, and they don’t even call back despite multiple requests. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a financial service. I need my issue resolved urgently, but the customer support is completely unresponsive. Not recommended at all!

Adding beneficiary is pain

This is really annoying app, they expect to fill on like 3 pages of beneficiary data within seconds!! Please fix your app, do not time/sign out when user is using the taps and navigating.. if ideal session yes, but while active session…this is really stupidity.

Happiness points not credit- no response

I have transferred money and i had redeemed the voucher points for happiness points till now nothing got credited and none of those emails are being replied to. Very disappointed with this service

Salry card issue

I am writing to urgently report an issue with my Lulu Salary Card. My employer has confirmed that salaries were credited to all employees on Saturday morning; however, I have not yet received mine.



In addition, the Lulu Money application has not been displaying my card details or balance since that time. This is causing serious inconvenience and raising serious concerns regarding the handling of employee salaries.



It appears that there may be a delay or cash rolling practice in processing salaries through the Lulu Salary Card system. This is unacceptable, as employees rely on timely access to their wages.



I request your immediate attention to this matter and ask that my salary be made available without any further delay. Please also provide clarification regarding the cause of this issue to ensure transparency.

They request to present an ID card despite being registered with you in the branch's system for easy processing and receipt.

Think twice while sending money from Lulu app

I had a very disappointing experience with Lulu Exchange. I sent a remittance through the Lulu app and the money has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted customer support, but they were completely unhelpful – the only response I got was “we will raise the request to the concerned team.”

I even visited one of their branches, and shockingly, the staff told me “our exchange is like this.” That is unacceptable for a company handling people’s hard-earned money. I requested a refund, but they refused, saying it was already processed, even though the money is nowhere to be found.

This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I trusted Lulu Exchange with my remittance, but after this experience, I will never use their service again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Money transfer worst experience

I made an online transfer on 17th May 2025. till 21st May no one knows why the funds are not yet available in my cousin account who is responsible of building my house back home and need this money on an urgent basis. The online complain was logged and no one replied or reacted on my request till i made back and forth visits to your branch and made calls to your customer support.

In order to continue construction of my house and pay bill i had to take loan from my friend and send the money transfer using other exchange which took, 10 mints for the first transaction and 12 hours for the 2nd transaction and manage to survive.

since the refund is not possible as per your team i will never ever use this service again.

Worst service from Lulu exchange

Worst service by Lulu exchange it’s a pathetic service from them so pls don’t use Lulu exchange app for your money transfer I have faced several times like this from Lulu exchange app and if I call customer care for my issue they give false information and commitment for that pls don’t ever use Lulu exchange app for your money transfer

Payment issue

Very very worst service Lulu exchange
I sent money to Pakistan through Lulu money app It's been five days but the payment hasn't gone through yet.
Very unprofessional customer care staff . Every time only one word said it’s system error you payment will done soon . If I call Morning agent said till today evening and if I call evening time agent said tomorrow morning your payment will credited.
I really disappointed.
