Worst app

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in last decade at least. It doesn’t open 99.9% of the times, that’s a perfect reliability contrast. If it opens, no feature works without talking at least 3 min as if it is loading done 4k movie. I don’t know if the makers thought this app will be used by not more than 10 users. Checking updates is the only religious thing that works on each use of the app. What a sick example of how bad development looks like. I feel it’s the backend infra issue but not the fronted. Sorry for this sarcasm but it never works when I need it urgently. I’m utterly shocked to see so many positive reviews. Pls done ask me to write to app support team. I have nothing more to say.

STOP CHEATING

I have been to a Ayurvedic clinic to consult my son. Who has alternative treatments coverage. As per the clinic staff only reimbursement is possible. Tried to fill the reimbursement form. It was asking me to accept the terms n conditions. But noway that anyone can click on the checkbox to accept it. The page designed in a such a way that nobody can click on it as the box is hidden at bottom corner. I’m sure these are dirty tricks that insurance companies do to prevent the claim request. Shame…

Never operates fully

This app never operates fully. There is always an issue sometimes with login and sometimes with the feature. Since 2 days I am not able to use Telehealth, Appointment and Medicine delivery. You can not trust this app in critical circumstances.

Lumi is not opening from morning. Tried multiple times - it’s not loading! Need to get info about the pending reimbursement claims

Useless app for a useless company

I’ve contacted their customer services more times than I can count and all they do is leave me waiting and never answer any questions. They are useless.

Coverage search

Please change coverage search it takes ages to load, it is not helping its hard, to search properly

Search difficult, constant upload errors

It’s very difficult to search for providers. Partial matches don’t get picked up. Sometimes results don’t show when you search but if you’re lucky enough to scroll and get in list it’s there.

There is no sort by nearest - so a challenge if you want something close to work/home

I constantly get an error when trying to upload a claim

Password reset issue

Unable to reset the password. It is difficult to use in case of emergency. Customer service needs to be fast for medical insurance

Password change not effective

I don't know the reason they provide this much security- almost same like a mobile banking app. I forgot the password and wanted to change it. After changing the password I took a screen shot. But when I tried to log in it says invalid password and now I'm locked out. Everytime I checked with screen shot and confirmed, still this happened
