Scam. Takes your subscription money, for no returned value
Was told by LUMI you can no longer shop on the app, which is what they based the app’s service and profile (see the descriptions here). Paid for subscriptions which I can no longer use and they will not refund. App gave no notice of the change (in app banners, email, sms). Terrible experience.
Totally wrong suggestions
I’m an inverted triangle and this app suggested blazers with structured shoulders and defined waist instead of flattering raglan sleeves and not overly tight silhouettes. Such suggestions would make an inverted triangles even more disproportionate! Total disappointment, will be applying for the refund.

Hidden Fees
This is a horrible app if you are not looking to spend $200 a month. They only let you use a portion of your balance so you are stuck with them. They also say that shipping is free when you check out but ask for additional payment after the package is shipped.
Informative
I really enjoy how easy it is to browse. The information is not overwhelming. May sound odd, but when I read I imagine a kind and helpful person speaking. I like the outfits and all the options.
Very supportive
I’m very happy to have this ‘coursework’ regarding my style type. I believe it was laid out simply and is more supportive than other programs out there! This supports the concept of my style and makes me very happy to return to it!
