Very slow application, trying to book an online consult since few days, no response from helpline, very poor customer support.
Waste of money
I paid consultation fee and Doctor is not responding. Just waste of money to talk online. It’s Better if u book in-person.
Unreliable doctors and customer support
Doctors don’t always show up for appointments, reschedule appointments and they leave appointments early if they feel like it and the support doesn’t always fix the problem.

Can’t get past the Captcha checkpoint
You need to remove the Captcha checkpoint. When I entered my info, it sent me the OTP, but then I couldn’t actually enter the OTP, because the Captcha checkpoint, that I answered CORRECTLY, would not let me through.
Once when I tried to identify objects, it actually CHANGED the images that I clicked on. The app is useless to me if I can’t even get in the front door.

Very professional
I have used Lybrate twice and have thus far had a good experience. On one instance I ran into some issues with the online consultation and the guys running the app helped me reconnect to another doctor at no additional cost. The turnaround time was very quick too. A very convenient to use, professional setup!

Very Poor
I subscribed for text consultation by Dr S C Manchanda. To fulfill the 6 hr response time he asked me for information already provided. No professional input recieved almost 24 hrs after my text consultation request. Support on phone is hopeless and the technical and business teams are fighting each other
