It was very crowded and no one giving directions when our driver tried to let us out a very rude man said he was going to give us a ticket when we told him we were handicapped he said we should have stopped somewhere else but would not tell us where then issued a ticket to our poor driver

needed a ride at four in the morning costed $70 but I still just did it anyways. No one accepted for three hours. I didn’t get to my destination until daylight and had to sit on the sidewalk in the middle of the night for hours. Ruined my weekend
Too easy to cancel
If drivers see a better, more lucrative ride they will last minute cancel and leave you hanging with no apparent consequences to them. Maddening.

My ride took 2x the amount of time I was promised.
I order a ride thinking that it would come in 8 minutes as promised by my estimate before I payed. I ordered it an it said my rider was coming in 16 minutes, This is false advertising as I would never had ordered the ride if it wasn’t going to come in 8 minutes. I canceled that ride and my new ride had the exact same problem. It said 8 minutes and it’s coming in 15. Now I’m left having to wait 5-7 business days to get my refund. Horrible customer service and lackluster business practices.
