Paid extra to get picked up in 9 minutes or less. Then says my driver is 17 minutes away? I cancelled that driver and requested a new one and the price immediately went from $49 to $64 dollars. What a scam. Will be using uber from now on, plus its half the price.

2 drivers accepted my request, I followed directions as to where I needed to be, updates texted, both no showed. I was in the correct spot both times. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. WHY, WHY, WHY???????

Failure to notify of drivers details and arrival time
The driver showed up 15 minutes early without any notification from Lyft. We were not notified of the name of the driver, the kind of vehicle or the fact that he’s arriving early.

Throughout my times of having no car and having a car in the shops for mechanic issues Lyft has been my reliable resource since 2023 it has always been the go to for transportation; thank you for making it be easier
Rip off
Whether it’s overpriced car rides plus mandatory tip or overpriced, damaged bikes, everything this company offers is a ripoff. Now they even nickel and dime us for “more boost” for pedal assisted e bikes. Ridiculous.
