I had just checked subscriptions and I had none. Then got a 31.86$ charge just because I had the app, though I used the free version once in a great while, the app itself charged me a yearly fee without warning, taking money I really needed. The paid version is really not worth 31.86$. Sorry to say!

Never experienced better Lymphatic Drainage until I got this app. I use it every day and don’t even need a reminder. I hardly ever review apps but this may be the most important one I’ve ever used.

The animated “person” moves way too fast for a normal person, especially an older person.
Should install option to allow user to slow video animation, if needed.

I discovered Lymphia by chance about 6 days ago while searching for short movement sessions to help boost my mood and circulation. I’ve used it every morning since, and it has been consistently effective at helping me feel more alert and ready to start the day. The brevity of the sessions makes it realistic to maintain as a daily habit.

This one is worth it
I’ve spent years trying different movement and massage techniques trying to feel and look better. After doing the Lymphia exercises consistently every morning for over a week, I can say these make a noticeable difference. I feel more awake, less stiff and sore, more spry, and I’ve noticed less swelling in my knees and ankles. The program is customizable—I only do seven minutes of seven different exercise each day. The app provides variation, so I’m not doing the same routine every day. If I have a mobility issue, I can ban certain movements. The app model is easy to follow and the tone at the end of each exercise is a great way to keep the routine moving so I don’t have to keep my eyes glued to my phone. Daily reminders are optional and helpful. And the price is affordable. For the cost of 1-2 classes, I get the support of the app daily all year. Could I do these exercises or similar ones without the app? Sure. But I feel they’ve gotten enough things right to really encourage consistency and guarantee results.

Noticeable difference
After seeing tons of Instagram reels on lymphatic exercise, I was excited to find Lymphia and all I can say is it’s true - you totally notice a difference after doing these movements consistently for a week. I feel lighter and more limber than before with less stiffness!
