Very disappointing
Firstly, it’s been challenging to use the gift card. When I tried yesterday it said the gift card couldn’t be used for the checkout basket! So I resorted to going into the store. I’ve finally order3d what I wanted. I’m very disappointed with M&S your clothes ar3 never available in my size and they are most unsuitable.

M & S always seem to try to give good value for money and we personally have never faulted any item purchased so far. Don’t care what anybody else has to say

Sending a gift
Disappointed. I’m unable to add a message to my gift so the recipient has no idea who this gift is from. This also happened to my mother who received a gift which was 2 sizes too big. She is unable to change it since we have no idea who it is from. There was no paperwork included in the package. Such a waste of a lovely gift.

Very slow checkout, Kept not going through, then changing delivery date or collection date. Not good at all

Why do I love M&S? You are on fire! Quality products. Quality customer service. Prices not bad either! Gorgeous shoes, gorgeous women’s fashion. Top marks for menswear. I buy all the clothes for my hubby and trendy son. Never any complaints, just sheer impressed. Well done M&S from a long standing customer.

Clunky App
Not impressed. App lagged through the whole process, allowed me to pay not an insignificant amount, but then no order confirmation! The items still in my basket and my payment pending. Has been for a number of days. Contacted M&S help line they were very nice but apart from escalating it and saying they would get back to me, nothing. Currently made the transaction again. M&S now have just short of £500 pending! I only persevered as it’s for my 90yr old mum. Otherwise I’d have just insisted on being reimbursed and forget the order. I assumed a better service from M&S I am now seriously thinking of taking my custom elsewhere.

I just tried to pay with my M&S credit card, but it was declined “expired”. The expiry date on my card says 11/28 !

Freezing up
My m&S app is freezing when I try and place an order. When I go to click on the size I want an odd screen pops up where the sizes are obscured and it just freezes have deleted and reinstalled twice but still happening. Very frustrating!

The amount of clicking & scrolling you have to do to pay for an item via an M&S card is ridiculous, then when you load a new one, it loads to the bottom of your Gift Card list, aka even more scrolling!
