Have been shopping in M&S for 60 years and still love everything about the food and clothes and household.
Major sizing issues
Stuff’s decent enough, however sizing is all over the place. The one thing you used to be able to rely on at M&S.
Trousers and Jeans by far the worst culprits. I’ve bought identical Autograph trousers, just change colour. One fits, one doesn’t. Not close to being an isolated incident.

I deleted and reinstalled this latest version following advice from contacting M&S support team. Now i can’t use the app ☹️

Have downloaded updated app a number of times and just get message saying it looks like you’re off line. I’m not, I have a good WiFi signal but no joy

I wanted some cargo shorts but couldn’t go them directly had to trawl through multiple pages to find them. Boring and time wasting

Layout good but…
Took ages to find what I needed online as it was still showing me all the out of stock items when I searched under ages, then every time I would go to pay it would bounce back as items were unavailable all of a sudden. I appreciate we can “add to wishlist” but felt like it took ages when I’d already narrowed down the search!
