So easy to browse cake selection, easy to place order for collection. My go to every time, always delicious.
WAS good… now doesn’t work
Sparks & the app WERE great - then you changed Sparks & that wasn’t so good… & now: your most recent update means that when I open the app it says “this version is now unsupported- please update to the latest version” HOWEVER I cannot do that as my phone is an OLD iPhone SE whose ios IS up to date at 15.8.8 but the sparks app now requires ios 16.4 or later… nice one M&S: yet another strategy that cuts off us loyal customers who cannot afford to keep up with tech & will also now lose out even more; whilst those with the ££££ get more… awesome. Not.

Accessibility not great
I am blind and using VoiceOver. This is a difficult app to use and I wasn’t able to select the date when trying to purchase the product. Had to get cited assistance. Accessibility shouldn’t be hard to build into an app. When searching there are elements of a page that are not spoken out. Perhaps these are images but it’s not clear. And why should I have to tap through a whole bunch of images before I even find any spoken text. I should be able to curse it down through the items by headings.

They have worked so hard on the brand, and it’s absolutely the place to shop for clothes and food at the moment.

Ordering online is incredible. No issues returning items and process is simple. Easy to reorder different sizes if needed. Very happy with M&S.

Updated Discounts
Why couldn’t M & S leave the percentage discounts as they were??? The new system is terrible even your staff don’t like the new system!
Frustrating
Updating the app that worked fine now means myself and others can no longer use it unless we spend hundreds of pounds on a newer phone but then we won’t have money to spend in M+S.
Sparks card
I know longer have access to my sparks offers or sparks card. What can I do ? Help me

I have shopped in M&S for many years and I have always found them to have good quality clothes, food and household items. And shopping online is quick and easy to use too.
Upgrade no longer compatible with my iPad
My iPad Air 2 64 Gb is getting on a bit now but still serves its purpose and functions well. As a pensioner on a low income I cannot afford to replace it with a new one. I’m running iOS 15.8.8 which is latest software for this older model. The new M&S upgrade requires iOS 16.4 or later which means I can no longer download/access the App and continue as an on line customer. We don’t all have the spare money to constantly upgrade kit. Disappointing.

Updated the app but now version doesn’t include my phone. Not very helpful……
Useless
I have an older i pad and now find myself unable to use the app. No warning, and obviously no thought about customers, find M&S are turning their backs on customers who have been loyal for many years.

Amazing Service - Men’s Jumpers
We came up to the Lake District and my husband thought he may need a jumper as the weather’s not as hot as in the south. No xxxl jumpers in small store, so ordered 2 on line PM Monday, to be delivered to store by tomorrow, from different locations free of charge! How amazing is that??
App Error
Past online purchases has been deleted from account. What is the issue? When checking out basket, keeps reverting back to login page. Appreciate the security, a little frustrating when the app doesn’t work.
