Nightmare and hours trying to put in new credit card. Multiple calls. Very non user friendly and I work computer help desk at community college. This was a nightmare and no normal user would figure it out. Agent was good but I finally figured it out myself

App ruins the shopping experience
So many random pop up boxes RUIN the shopping experience. Pop up for how you want to view results is constant, unnecessary and makes scrolling difficult. Find something you like and click on the item, a propaganda pop up in the middle of the page blocking the items photo “33 viewed this item”. Filter options take up 1/3 of the screen, pop ups another 1/3 which leaves the shopper 1/3 of an iPad screen to see results. Pathetic

Buggy Search functionality
The latest update introduced some bugs. The app tales longer to load and the app constantly returns empty results for popular items like “Estee Lauder”
Difficult to use web site
Never had an opportunity to see how my order was being paid for. Couldn’t even see if my Star Money was able to be used. Dissatisfied.
Couldn't find outfit on app that was shown on FB.
I found a 2 piece women's hooded sports suit on Facebook. But couldn't find it on app. So I couldn't buy it
