Love shopping on macys app
Macy app is my go to for dresses. I’m all for shopping that ships right to my door. The app is easy to navigate what you are looking for and always find that perfect dress for that special occassion.
App won’t download
App won’t download and link to support in App Store doesn’t work.
Major improvements
I used to agonize shopping on Macy’s app I’ll spare you the details. Now clearly an updated app that skillfully allows filters to narrow the search finding a perfect match. Lot of bargains as well.
Difficult
It’s difficult to add the same item with different sizes to the cart, difficult to check my account balance because it tends to be it’s unavailable, difficulty saving items for later because the save your items list runs out of space for some reason. Needs to be improved immediately.
I also have to add that the last act items that cannot be returned even when ordering online is pretty pathetic towards customer care and commitment. Makes me rather shop at Amazon where I can return items that I try on and I do not fit then to buy a last item that may not fit and I cannot return.
Macy’s, you’ve never been so terrible.

Lost access to coupon
Ready to checkout and applied coupon. Realized that I wanted to select a faster shipping option so I canceled order and went back to select the same items again and the coupon was not available. It was for $20 off and had been applied to the order that I immediately canceled. Very disappointed. Tv

Doesn’t narrow down the search
When searching and asking for something specific it shows so many things that are not even close to the search, example: wedge silver sandals, it shows so many stiletto and so many other items not related to the search
Clothing
I think you buy clothing that’s off. Brands Like, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein… SO they shrink or have a marking that’s off-putting!
