Will this app ever work again?

Haven’t had luck using this app. Won’t allow me to sign in and kept kicking me off last time. This time around app was updated but I couldn’t sign in at all. Beyond frustrating. Had to resort to the actual website.
App never works
This review is for the app itself, not Madison Reed as a company. Unfortunately, the app only works about half the time for me. Even though I select the option to stay signed in, I’m frequently logged out. When I try to log back in, it often won’t let me access my account. It’s frustrating because the app could be convenient, but the reliability issues make it difficult to use.

Accent highlights
The Somerville location has always been a pleasant experience. The other day I had my roots touched up and some highlights. Christa did an excellent job on picking out the accent color. Christa is very knowledgeable and always very pleasant. I would highly recommend

Brown hair with blonde highlights
Sadly, they never got the color right. I tried for months to see if they would get it, showed them pictures but no luck, so I stopped the subscription. I think that for regular coloring, grey coverage, they are great though.
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing when I try to log in. It has been like this for weeks already. I had to schedule my appointment on the computer.
Rising Prices, Declining Customer Service
The colorists are somewhat helpful with color guidance. When I asked a question about my color, I was told to complete a step I had already done. When I explained that it had already been addressed, the response did not acknowledge this, and it was unclear whether I was communicating with a chatbot or a live person.
Customer service is very difficult to reach. When I finally spoke with an agent, she was not helpful, did not address my issue, and then disconnected the call. I am not sure if something was lost in translation, but my account information was available, and no attempt was made to call me back. Prices are going up, yet customer service seems to be declining.

Hair color to dark
I went in to get hair dark from dirty blond.
She was great but after a couple days I went back in to get it lighter as it was just too dark. I was very happy with the end results and they were great!! Helping me to get it how i liked it.

Unable to cancel
The app has worked ok during my membership with only little problems. I am now unable to cancel my membership! The page won’t let me select a reason I want to cancel and move to the next step.
Horrible management!
I have never been so poorly treated! Unexplainable treatment by management at a Dallas salon. NEVER EVER!!!!!
Ap won’t let me log in.
This ap has been having issues for months. I still can’t get logged in on the ap.
Problems with use
App has asked for updates twice. Did that and when I go to my account to book, either nothing happens or I get an error message about site experiencing problems.

Clunky at best.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this app. I struggled to get the correct product in my cart after fighting to sign into my account that I’ve had for several years and used on a regular basis. It then added mistakes and when I deleted them and placed the order it included them anyway. Very very frustrating experience!

Update glitch
Can’t login with apple, google or email. New update has a glitch. Deleted and redownloaded 3x.
App updated 8/28, nothing works
What a mess of an app. Everything is broken, spinning wheels and red error messages. Hire better developers!
New update isn’t good
I have the membership and it keeps charging me for full service. I pay for unlimited roots yet it seems to want to charge me each time. The ladies at the color bar can’t figure it out either. Also the membership part of the app is blank. You can’t get thru to talk to a real person. For the money we pay it’s ridiculous when it was working fine for last two years. Please fix!

Membership
The membership section of this app doesn’t work. It’s a blank page instead of displaying the information about the membership. Customer Service is an automated service that doesn’t understand what is being asked. There is no technical app service. I cancelled my subscription due to inadequate communication. This leads to doubt in the companies ability to resolve issues.

The latest version doesn’t allow you to login, create an account, or do anything. Worthless
Can’t get rid of notifications
If you are a person who does not like to have ‘red dot notifications’ showing, don’t get this. You can’t get rid of the notifications even after reading them. It is maddening.
