Not working
I trying to sign up on app. Never got verification code . They took $40 from my account . No contact mentioned . Lost $40.. Go for Stitch fix. This app sucks
App Bugs Out
An update that you wish you never accepted. The app was slightly clunky before but is now completely nonfunctional. Considering the availability of competitive services in the styling market, this is a major miss.
DONT DO IT
I thought it would be worth trying for $30. Boy was I wrong!!!!! There is not one good thing I can say. I wasted tons of time on something that just caused me headaches and extra charges after cancelling. I hated every bit of the clothes and sent them all back!!!
Serious issues
There are serious issues with this app. I have tried so many times to use this to manage my orders. The only thing that actually works is the new looks. The page is completely blank when I click on my box and also my orders. I have to just go to the website in my browser to see anything.
App Issue
I have tried twice now trying to get into this app and the issues are so exhausting I switched to Stitchfix. First, I signed up and filled out TONS of information on size, style, etc. and nothing saved because the app bugged. I tried logging back in a few days later, said password was wrong that I saved that day I signed up. Clicked “forgot password” and input my email, and got no email with a bid on the app that says “password check”. So irritating. Will give my money to someone else 💅
