Exactly what I need
I’ve been using a lot of service apps and MaintainX is the one, its user friendly and have a lot of features and options
Facilities Director
I really love this software! The deeper I get into it the more I realize the depth!
Very aggressive sales team
The app seems great. However, the customer support/sales team are very aggressive and abrasive when speaking with them. I told them several times I just didn’t have the time to talk at the moment, they will change numbers and call back so you think it’s somebody else calling. I have been also asked “do you want to continue service, your trial ends tomorrow” when the trial wasn’t set to end for another week or so. I like the simplicity of the app. Dealing with the customer service team seems to be a challenge.

Wish there was an option for needs improvements
Shop floor lead
Definitely makes my job easier. I can track down parts that I’ve sent to maintenance and verify they have been worked on.
Snow Easy!
I’m in the ski industry on the maintenance side of Ops. We just got MaintainX released to us, it is a GAME CHANGER! At 53 years young I’m tickled at the ease of use. Also, I can problem solve, manage , and schedule from a ski lift chair!

Opinion
External admin are great once it’s turned over to the individual company it can be difficult to organize anything or change some things on the device. Love the app and the possibilities
Operations manager
Love this app, makes it very easy to book appointments and keep up-to-date on vehicles
Amazing
Flawless and innovative
Innovative and very user friendly
This has made tracking work orders much easier. The filter option is great so that I don’t get overwhelmed looking at everyone else’s work orders that’s do not pertain to me.

Using MaintainX
It helps to keep a record of
Your daily tasks
Your daily tasks
It works
Short simple. It works. However, I would like the ability to pre save repair comments. Like the ones I use a lot. Like, “repair complete, functioning as it should” so I wouldn’t have to type it every time.
Worst experience
Here I was putting days of work into entering all my assets all to find everything disappeared after not being able to login for a little while .
Complete waste of my time and customer service is not helpful whatsoever. They can’t even tell me what happened . As far as they can see I never enetered anything apparently.
I’ll be going coast for my business . Cheaper anyways.

Spam calling me
Stop calling me. Worst regret was downloading this app. I removed it right away after I got an unsolicited phone call from someone representing this company. I did not ask to be called. Then unfortunately, they are using new phone numbers to try and call me constantly four months later.. how about you guys stop calling

Hi! We are very sorry you kept receiving calls, and we understand how frustrating it is to keep getting them after you deleted the app. Please reach out to support@getmaintainx.com so we can look into this specifically and help prevent any further calls. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for trying MaintainX!
