Worst App ever

I can’t even log in. It says I have declined the authentication even before I get the prompt to accept or decline. The help desk told to delete then reinstall the app. Didn’t help. Call centre doesn’t even get to the part where I speak to a human being. Nothing I hate more than having to use this app!

App authentication

I struggle to log in, authentication fails even with good network. When I call the call centre I get sent from pillar to post.

I was given the number for accounts it rings unanswered.

I am 99% of the time frustrated

Useless

The app has become utterly useless - error messages upon error messages. Unable to use it. Nothing as useless as an app that doesn’t work!
