Manifest Your Health is great!
The MYH app has exceeded my expectations. The depth of work that went into creating it is quite impressive. But that’s what you would expect from Erin Holt. The guided meditations speak to me and I find them incredibly supportive. I look forward to listening to the modules and implementing the program. The modules are presented in an informative and well researched way, with actionable steps to take. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Impactful and Intentional
So far I have been really impressed with the MYH app. It is very intentionally designed with education and integration that is phased out to grow over time. I am currently in phase 1 and have loved learning and practicing what I learn. A few weeks in, I have found myself using a lot of the breath work practices throughout the day when I need to and love starting the day off with the meditation practice options. Looking forward to progressing through this program and continuing to see growth and healing in my journey! Highly recommend!

A key piece to healing
If you have tried it all and feel like there are still blocks to achieving your health, this might be the piece you are missing. I’m only a couple weeks in but finding all the information useful and easy to understand. The meditations are awesome. I would say there’s been a bit of glitches initially with videos freezing but it seems to have resolved. Additionally, there is an auto play feature which brings you from one video to the next; normally this is helpful but not as much when I’m using a meditation at bedtime as it tends to wake me up when the next meditation starts to play. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to listen to the meditations offline - not sure if that is possible.

Comprehensive, Thoughtful, Organized, Impactful
What an incredible, comprehensive, well organized resource. I love how the education builds and is broken up into small chunks that you can work into your day. The Daily Integration section is amazing to be able to jump right to practices to support your mindbody.
So far it’s great!
The app is relatively new so there are some glitches which is to be expected… All in all, there’s a ton of helpful content into the world of somatic healing and I am enjoying it. I’d love to see more bite-sized meditations in the integration lab (like 3-7 minutes) for a quick mid day reset though, because I don’t always have 20+ minutes to do a practice. Thanks Erin for this work!
