Time saver

This app has made it easy for to me to see my accounts on a map and efficiently plan my day.

Ap

The app is very slow.

This app sucks

This app does not do what it says it will do. I’ll be in front of an office and it will say I’m in a totally different area. Internet connection with this app is so bad. I’m constantly having to close it and come back in sometimes I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it just to try to get it to work properly which it NEVR has. It does not route you and I’ve taken the liberty of routing my own routes because this thing is useless. Tech support doesn’t even respond to me. I could do a better job with routing my own in GoogleMaps and creating my territory’s that way.

Great app, except it has been freezing on mobile device recently.

Hello, the MMC app has been freezing multiple times per day on my work phone & it wasn’t an issue 1-2 months ago.

Please look into bugs that might be causing this.

I’ve restarted my phone multiple times & that hasn’t resolved the issue. My phone has plenty of storage space available as well.

Deleting MMC app & reinstalling to see if that helps.

Amazing Outside Sales CRM

This is perfect for working in the field. Allows account planning, routing, and ease of use for being on top of everything in my portfolio. It really does a lot more than just mapping and routing, allowing me to stay one step ahead of where I need to be, who I need to see, and when I need to get there. It’s really easy to use on both my phone and my tablet.

So easy. So helpful.

We use Hubspot for our CRM. That’s easy for the desktop. Map My Customers gives us visibility and ease of use on our phones.
No longer do I have to complete admin work or log activity when I get home each evening. It’s done throughout the day and all the data goes directly to Hubspot.

Game-Changer for Sales Teams!

I can’t say enough good things about Map My Customers. It has completely transformed the way I manage my territory and stay organized. Instead of wasting hours trying to piece together spreadsheets and Google Maps, I can now see all my accounts and prospects in one clean, easy-to-use interface.

The route optimization is a lifesaver—it saves me time every single day, and I can fit in more meetings without the stress of figuring out logistics. I also love the reminders and check-in features, which help me stay on top of follow-ups and never let an opportunity slip through the cracks.

The app is fast, reliable, and intuitive. Plus, it keeps getting better with updates. It feels like it was actually built for field salespeople by people who get it.

If you’re serious about working smarter, not harder, and want to maximize your time in the field, this app is a must-have. Worth every penny.

Pick another app but this one

Poor customer service
Poor tech support
App functionality is a 2 out of 10
In concept the application seems to do well when they demo it to you but in practice out on the field runs very poorly. When you need help response times is terrible. They will only contact you quickly when they want to sell you something.

NOT for B2C.

Map My Customers (MMC) Review: Great for B2B, But Missing Out on B2C

Map My Customers (MMC) is an excellent tool for B2B field sales teams. It’s intuitive, powerful, and delivers everything Spotio doesn’t—making it the superior choice for businesses that fall within its niche. However, its unwillingness to adapt to B2C sales needs holds it back from dominating the market.

What Works:
MMC shines in many areas. The user interface is smooth and intuitive, and it’s packed with features that make territory management, route planning, and customer tracking simple and effective. It’s an all-in-one solution that feels thoughtfully designed to eliminate inefficiencies in the B2B space.

The app’s robust filtering and reporting capabilities, combined with seamless integrations, make it a dream for sales teams that focus on business-to-business operations. Compared to Spotio, MMC is leagues ahead in functionality, usability, and overall value.

The Disappointments:
1. Not B2C Friendly: The biggest limitation of MMC is that it’s designed exclusively for B2B sales. This creates a huge missed opportunity because the B2C market is massive, and MMC’s features could easily dominate that space.
2. One-Directional: While MMC excels in its current format, it’s frustratingly one-directional in its approach. The developers seem unwilling to adapt the platform to include B2C sales tools, which ultimately forced us to move on.
3. Inflexibility: Despite its strengths, MMC’s refusal to consider the needs of B2C users shows a lack of responsiveness to market demands. If they broadened their functionality, they would crush competitors like Spotio without question.

Final Thoughts:
For B2B sales teams, Map My Customers is an incredible tool that delivers on almost every front. Its ease of use and comprehensive feature set make it the obvious choice for businesses in that space. However, by excluding the B2C market, MMC misses out on a huge opportunity to expand its reach and fully dominate field sales software.

If the developers were willing to adapt, MMC would be unstoppable. Until then, it’s a great app—just not the right fit for those in the B2C world.

Great idea, bad execution

I used this for 5 months and it has been a headache. Crashes all the time. My notes for tons of my meetings have just disappeared, and I don’t have backups.

Love it but recently so buggy

I really wanted to love this and I did at first, but recently it’s been crashing SO much. Basically every time that I use it. It stops loading something and freezes and I have to restart the app. Like 20 times a day. 😂 I hope this is a bug they fix but I would maybe hold off for now.

The best mobile CRM out there!

I’ve been using the platform for the past year and it has been fantastic. Map My Customers decreased my ramp time in a large territory that I was not familiar with. it’s so easy to pre-plan with the platform and there is nothing better than adding extra stops along the way. they are the only platform in the space that continues to innovate and produce new features that make a difference to reps and leaders. totally worth the price for any outside sales team. it’s also worth mentioning that their desktop experience is fantastic for inside sales reps or sales operations leaders who are looking to optimize territory planning. their product and customer success team are truly a pleasure to work with

Best mobile app for sales

There has been a ton of innovation on the desktop and mobile experiences of this platform. I recommend to any outside sales rep if they are looking for an easy to use tool that provides a ton of upside

Mehhh

Browser based, you know what that means. When you have internet access, it works pretty good. Route planning, notes, and so on….

Without internet connection just shy of worthless. Plan a route go rural with no web service. You lose your route plan. Want to take a quick peak at notes from your last visit or any sales data, not happening.

Internet connection aside. Glitches and locks Dailey. If you have new hardware it’s a little more stable. If you are in the city with good service you are still going to have stability issues.

Support tries but at the end of the day what can they really do to fix unstable environment(software/coding) and software features that don’t exist that should.

I would keep looking and find an offline locally installed application. The desktop software may be great, I don’t know. Mobil version needs to go back to the drawing board and use offline caching of data… maybe that would help with stability..

New update

Your new update is garbage. I lost all my pins. It only lets me track a 50 mile circle. My area is throughout California. I will delete this and go with another system. Thanks

Great platform

We have been using this exclusively with our sales team it has been great! We love the routes it generates for you, as well as the map leads!

Great tool

Great tool to keep organized!
Finds new business, creat notes, voice to text and syncs with calendar

Bad

App crashes. Have to login all the time. My routes tend to disappear and reappear. Needs some major rework. If you put in any new stuff, the update resets it.

Ripoff

All I wanted was a route building app for just me. They want $600 per year for that.
