Awesome app and experience. The interface is beautifully simple, transfers are easy, and accounts are simple to understands, with interest rates and recurring transfers all clearly shown. I love that you can have different accounts for different goals, I have ultime and it helps keep them clear. Very motivating!

Easy to use and efficient
The entire process is extremely user friendly and I have had no issues depositing or withdrawing money. The interest is higher than my bank’s money market so it makes sense as a secondary savings account.
Good rate, mediocre tech
Constantly having tech issues, from opening accounts to referrals not working, the rate is great… but the app and technology needs work.
One negative
You can’t deposit checks unless you mail them. So if I want to deposit a check without having to mail it, I have to deposit it at my OTHER bank in my checking account and then transfer the funds. Dumb and time consuming. It’s 2026 Marcus, add this function!

Wire transfer
In the event that I wish to make a wire transfer, I have to call Marcus up directly. I would prefer to have the option on the app. It’s actually pretty poor.

Just like the title I believe the Marcus app and service is the best on line savings vehicle. Ease of use and solid interest rates that beat all big bank savings accounts interest rates.

Misleading on promotions
Horrible promotional tactics and horrible customer service. I signed up through the friend referral that was sent to me for the extra apr for 3 months and when I asked why I wasn’t getting the promotion I was told I didn’t sign up through the link. Which is not true at all. That is the whole reason I signed up for this account. Customer service keeps telling me that I am wrong and keeps saying there’s nothing that can be done which I know something can always be done. That is very misleading and I wish I had never signed up for this account.

Instanity.. help
Every time you try to logon to this app you need to reset your password. It’s making me feel insane. Please fix this, I will reset it and write it down and go back on the next day and it doesn’t work I’m on my 15th password. It will tell you you can’t use an old password to when you try to reset it. It’s actually mind boggling. Please fix Marcus
