The app always says Im entering the wrong password when logging in through the app. When use the browser on the phone im able to log in. Os anyone else experiencing this?

Whenever I use this App to access my Marcus Accounts, I know it’s going to be easy to use, transfers are simple, safe and quick - if only other Banking Apps were half as good.

App exposed personal data via data breach
Due to lack of good security practices my personal data was exposed. I tried to access their privacy monitoring tool mailed to me post breach but even that key didn’t work…
Fabulous fraud resolution!
My Marcus (Goldman Sachs) account was hacked. I was immediately notified of the fraudulent transaction which is still in pending status; but if they had not notified me as they did expeditiously, I probably would not have looked at my account. I was originally hacked in January of 2025 and about every six months I get hacked again. They put a rule into my email that sends financial and other important accounts to the “Deleted” file. I am a software engineer and even I was fooled. Eventually; I would have noticed. If I had needed that money immediately, it would have been dire. Thank you!

The best bank ever,
No way to report a bug
App is usually great. Latest release however experiences catastrophic failures at some point during authentication or immediately after. There’s no way to report this bug on the Marcus website. It’s been several weeks like this.
TERRIBLE
Marcus is TERRIBLE. Customer service is just awful. I mean as an online bank what else if there for you to be good at besides banking and customer service. And Marcus’ customer service is terrible. Not at all worth the barely competitive hysa rates. After I take all of my money out of this bank which should NOT be as difficult as it is I am never using it again.

Great digital bank
I was very nervous opening an account a few years ago with a digital bank because I liked being able to "walk in." However, I opened one with MGS anyway--a savings account of some type, (sorry my memory what it used to be!) Compared with ALL the banks in my area, the interest rate was FAR greater, it was very easy to navigate the website, and once or twice when I needed to make a phone call it was immediately answered instead of having to go through rounds and rounds of "press 1 for blah blah blah; press 2 ... until 8 or so, and having to make several choices before finally being able to get to a living being!!

Lower rates
I went with Marcus because I thought the rates would compete with the highest yields . However it seems to be falling in the lower scale of the spectrum in comparison to other banks like synchronoy, etc. over all they are pretty good with easy transfers. I just wished they yield more.
