Logging in is spotty at best. Usually have to log in on their webpage instead of their inadequate app.

Mariner app was good ExCEPT for all the updates u have to do to your phone. I literally have upgraded app 3 times in July. Makes no sense to do that this much & im about to delete it so i can just mail payment in

This company has really helped us out a lot. I just wish you were able to apply for a loan through the app or at least the website. It would be easier than going to the office, especially for those who can’t make it to the office to apply.
Slight glitch
Tried to make a payment yesterday but the system wouldn’t accept (?) it…. Not sure why because it worked perfectly today!
I work nights
I do my best to make my payments on time or set them to the dates that I get paid to make the monthly payment back. What I don’t appreciate is that I can’t make this payment through the application without talking to someone at the branch. This app is useless to me if I cannot just give you the money I owe you as soon as I have it. As I am not awake during their hours of operation.
