This company has really helped us out a lot. I just wish you were able to apply for a loan through the app or at least the website. It would be easier than going to the office, especially for those who can’t make it to the office to apply.
Slight glitch
Tried to make a payment yesterday but the system wouldn’t accept (?) it…. Not sure why because it worked perfectly today!
I work nights
I do my best to make my payments on time or set them to the dates that I get paid to make the monthly payment back. What I don’t appreciate is that I can’t make this payment through the application without talking to someone at the branch. This app is useless to me if I cannot just give you the money I owe you as soon as I have it. As I am not awake during their hours of operation.

Buggy
App crashes a lot, fails to load 50% of the time.
Working for 4 months at a time
Every couple of months, it goes from working great to not allowing you to sign in.

App won’t work after today’s update 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Update renders app unusable
Today I opened the app and it gave a notification requiring update before use; so I installed the update and tried to reopen the app… Nope. It starts to load and then crashes & disappears. I’ve tried repeatedly, and restarted my phone as well, to no avail. I guess I’ll just delete the app and depend on the browser after all.

New update app doesn’t work!
Issue since update
I have been using the app for many years and after the update it requested me to do it now won’t open it will attempt to open but then like glitch out and shut down and close out I am not happy please fix this bug!
Garbage update
Thanks for MAKING me update the app before I could open it. Now,after updating,it crashes as soon as I try to open the app.
