Best Hotel in Raleigh
This Hotel by Marriot across from the Crabtree Mall is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The hotel is insanely nice, the rooms are obviously nice and the food was delicious! But, it’s the STAFF that sets it all in my not so humble opinion. I’ve never worked for or at a Hotel. But, I did at least 10 or 15 years in Customer Service. These people are the VERY best people! These people are salt of the earth!!

Easy to join… EXTREMELY difficult to delete your account. Links don’t work. Nothing but frustration.

Just not good
Not sure why Marriott has all the high reviews. They haven’t been a good travel partner for at least a decade. I tried booking on the app as I have a bunch of points/rewards. I really don’t understand how a company can be so completely destroyed. There are just way better options out there.

Due to inclement weather flying we were needing a hotel to stay at. Myself and the crew found the subject hotel and Laura at the front desk was by far one of the most helpful professionals I have had the privilege to help us. As a platinum elite Bonvoy member with Marriott I can say that the Marriott family is very lucky to have her.
