SF High atop the stars
After going to an amazing winetasting event, we came back to our beautiful hotel and had a nightcap with a view of the stars up in the view seated right next to the window, looking out at the skyline and were treated with amazing service and outstanding appetizers and craft cocktails. An excellent way to end the night. Before retiring to our room and embellishing ourselves and luxury.

Login still messed up after a decade
No way to fix auto login failures that I can find. I write over it but it never remembers the successful login

Terrible tech support service when the app ran into an issue. Worst experience!
Indian call center refuse to cancel the reservation cancellation charge when the app didn’t sent the reservation to the hotel. Hotel told me the reservation does not exist in their system. I have to talk to customer support in the app side to resolve it. I call the app side customer support. The Indian call center people keep sending me around circles to go talk to the hotel people to fix the issue… they keep telling me they can’t fix it. The Indian call center representative is incompetent to resolve the issue and don’t seem like they care and keep trying to tell the customer running around to fix their issues. This is not acceptable in any situation. The app interface is good when it works but the customer support in 3rd world country level.

Easy to use but program not perfect
App is easy to use. One criticism is that it can’t book multiple rooms well if you have diff headcount in each room. Have to do it one at a time but not great if you must use 2 and are afraid the other gets taken while you boom the first. Also the bonvoy free nights purposely black out popular cities and does not even let you buy or apply by points toward the free night cap.
