App keeps changing dates when searching
Recently, Can’t trust app. I select a date and it switches to a different date.
User Friendly
The Marriott Bonvoy app is user-friendly and convenient, with easy access to reservations, hotel information, and membership benefits. However, the app could be made even better with faster performance, smoother navigation, and more detailed information about hotel facilities and services. Overall, it is a useful app and a good companion for Marriott guests.

Using points
More and more limitations using points. With a family of 5 I use them for vacations and I’m experience difficulties finding a suite or adjoining rooms in vacation destinations. The result I end up booking completely outside of the Marriott chain.

Nice app for most things that I do
I use this app to book my stays and do the check in and check out things. I give it one star short of 5 stars because It used to be very easy monitoring my lifetime elite member status. Now the feature is hidden and I always have hard time to find it.

In town for business and this is centrally located and overall felt safe. Had the pleasure of interacting with Taylor who provided AMAZING customer service. Joshua was also very helpful at valet. I recommend this hotel!

Worthless Customer Service
Booked a five day reservation, and the nights never showed up on the app. I tried calling Customer Service through the app, and they weren’t able to help. They emailed somebody in their department who said they would get back to me after a week. Two weeks later, they sent me an email. I sent them the information they needed, but I’m still waiting one month later with no response from them. Not a great experience. This app is useless.

2 different stays, both rooms had roaches.
The 2 Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at we’re old and smelled bad like mildew. The rooms were just filthy, and dusty. And I had roaches in my room on 2 separate occasions.

New app does not run on my old apple tablet and the old app is blocked and can’t use…..as a gold member I guess I need to find a new hotel chain to use…..poor customer service on behalf of Marriott

Elizabeth and Marcel are always super good to me and my daughter and helpful with our needs. All the staff is very nice and friendly and they go outta their way to keep the hotel clean and safe.
