I’m new to sports betting and recently started working in Maryland. Luckily Betfred’s is simple and quick. Other apps makes you jump through hoops and hurdles to place bets. Also when I contacted customer service about a promotion bet, the reps solved the issue is less then two minutes and my account was credited within a half hour.

Wow. It’s that BAD.
This company is so amazingly awful it’s incredible. You can’t use their interface to rely on the score. Odds work though. Score is always wrong. Constant logging in. Constant location errors. So, so, so incredibly bad. Also, events options are so poor it’s strange. Ughh.

If you’re looking for an easy to use and easy running app for your sportsbook needs this app does it good. Clean UI and odds are usually great.

i have them all. and fred is best because the promos each week, plus the ones you sign up with. nice odds for nfl too.

Bets never process. Always straight on for decent amounts and the payment system is one of the best. I like Betfred and will continue using their product on NBA and NFL.
awesome betting app!
I used their 5 week promo offer and crushed it. Up $650 and got some of the cash out the next day. Still betting with them and recommend them to anyone in Maryland.

I had so many issues with the verification and depositing because i lost my license but Angel and the team were amazing at walking me through it and getting live. Any time i have an issue I just call up. Fast, helpful. Thanks guys!
Strong option
So many sportsbooks to choose from, and I use most of them. But BetFred stands out with their specials. Best in market for local guys.
fast app, good parlays
same game and normal parlays are usually better odds than Fanduel so I play them most Sunday. App has a few things that annoy me, like the account section, but its fast and gets bets placed ina. second. I like Betfred and my friends use it too.
Good local sportsbook
More local and customized experience because of the promos that are for Maryland teams. Os and Ravens always seem decent odds too. Friendly guys on live chat too. Shout out to Steve.
great football app
I only use it for NFL and the Ravens but it does the job. Easy to place a same game parlay and the futures markets are always up too. Even on Sundays.
Customer Service requiring Social Security Verification
The app has been fun to use. But recently, I had an issue where my free bets from a promotion were not added into my account. I contacted customer service and they asked me to verify my identity with the last 4 digits of my social via text message or email. I’ve never been asked for my social via text message from any company before. I didn’t even know that was an accepted protocol or policy. I shouldn’t have to mention why giving even the last 4 digits of one’s social via text message isn’t a good idea. The app is otherwise great.

I have had to reload the application on a few occasions after getting stuck in one section . the promotion page is very creative and gives and a lot of details I have not used the Sportsbook as much a I would have liked after the promotional period. however I will use it more as we head into the fall sports
