Best bank EVER!
I have been with Mascoma Bank since 2009. Whether I go to a branch in person, drive thru, or call on the phone, everyone I speak with has been very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend Mascoma to every one I know - and even to people I don’t know! Thank you for being the BEST bank ever!!

Screen management horrible
At least on my iPad, this app is hard to manage scrolling, particularly in billpay area. Message Center should start at the inbox/sent screen, not at the last msg sent. From the msg center, I could not see a way to get back to main app.
poor changes
old version was better. can no longer use pin to access app functions, must enter your entire account username and password every time to use functions. tedious and unnecessary, confusing.

I can deposit checks, check my balance, and make transfers. It’s quick and straightforward. I’m a new Mascoma Bank customer, so the other reviews made me worried when I was thinking of opening an account. Disregard other reviews. It works great!

Simple App
I just joined Mascoma the other day. I like their mission and b-corp status. The app works fine for me. I’ll have to deposit a check next week. I’ll update my review then
Old app was better than new
Making deposits has been difficult with not being able to photograph check, when I call for support I am told to shut my phone off or to uninstall app. Repeatedly. Many times app will not open and same advice, restart phone and if that doesn’t work uninstall app. Over and over.
Mobile deposit
Am I the only one who has a hard time trying to deposit a check? Takes a picture of the front just fine but when trying to take a picture of the back it’s almost impossible. The old app was much easier to use, I had no issues.
Not a fan of the new app
I found the old app much easier to use and navigate, this new one feels more complicated.

This app much like the bank itself continues to get worse almost daily.

I prefer the old version of the app. I think it was easier to navigate. However, it is still pretty easy to use. The main problem I have is the way you send a payment now. It was definitely a bit of a learning curve with that. All in all, though, the app works great.
