Just downloaded this app today to get a PVTA pass to get transportation to my college classes by using my college email. I tried using it to login, but for some reason, I keep getting a pop-up saying “The email address associated with this google account is already registered. Please log in with this email.” DESPITE already trying to sign in with google. I would’ve given this app a much higher rating, but because it’s causing difficulty for me to login I can’t do that. PLEASE fix this app!

I love this service it’s the best thing they could have ever come up with, the only thing I suggest is that when your about to make the bus free you need to discount the bus pass for the amount of days you still had left before you made the bus free because I would have already purchased my monthly pass and it would have been for nothing

The QR code does not work
Why is it that when I buy a ticket, I get on the bus, and scan the QR code, it says that they do not work, 5 times already so
Works perfect
And also was a wonderful idea I used to have to find stores to go buy a ticket but now I've got two younger children and that is harder so this made my trip so much easier/ enjoyable for everyone thank you to all included in this app seriously
