Trying to return an order i Placed after March 8th and a whole week passed by with multiple emails and calls and messages trying to just get a return label as it didnt automatically give me one and stated i should contact customer support.
Once i was able to get an agent through their whatsapp after a week of waiting for a response immideatly once i got it they ended the chat canceled my return asked me to do it again and i am still facing the same problem!!
This is absurd !! Do not buy if you dont intend on keeping the purchase !!

MATCHES is a scam, do not buy from this company!
I purchased a pair of shoes on February 26th, but they did not fit so I started a refund and sent the shoes back within the allotted window, which was through March 14th. I received no status updates throughout the process and when I contacted the company they said that any orders placed before March 8th were not eligible for a refund due to an administration change and would not be issuing a refund. I am going to file a claim with my credit card company, but this experience is absolute trash. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be out hundreds of dollars when you randomly find out you can’t return things!
