Useless
Don’t bother. And certainly do not use for buying tickets. We had nothing but trouble all day with the app and ticket. Would not load, cannot close app. Just avoid and go to tourist office and buy tickets

Won’t allow me to login
I have an aol account. Was able to create a login on the website but the app says invalid email address.

Mobile tickets suck
Would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased mobile ticket to beat the lines, wouldn’t activate on the day and had to line up to get a normal ticket. Don’t waste your time.

Der Zustand der Pisten und der Lifte ist nicht aktuell und es wird auch keine Prognose angegeben. Eine Tagesplanung bei gemischten Wetterverhältnissen ist mit der App daher unmöglich.
Ski pass issues
Loaded this app purely for the ski pass function. Other stuff may be very good.
My wife’s android was very poor needing removing from the pocket and gloves of every lift - grim.
My iPhone worked better but failed after using it on the mountain to pay for drinks. Again needing the pass pausing and activating a couple of times before I could navigate the gate.
We queued 20 mins to swap app certificate for the regular card. Works perfectly.

Poor ski map
The developers say the app isn’t primarily a ski map, so what’s the alternative? “Panorama” is hard to navigate and doesn’t always contain the information you’d expect. I suggest they do some usability testing with skiers new to Zermatt. Labeling runs and toggling only open lifts and runs would be a good start!

It had some teething problems with QR CODE but they are/have resolved it.
Wow, really bad
App won’t let you log in using Matterhorn Paradise credentials. Very confusing to navigate. They need a new developer of this app. Far behind other resorts.

Problems with the map location
The app shows that I’m not in the Zermatt area while this is not true. Other apps like google maps locate perfectly while Matterhorn does not

Unable to log into app and was not sent a reset password email (even though I’m sure I entered my password correctly) just get the mobile ticket!

Why 2 fingers are required to use the map!
Please remove the initial lock of the panorama map when it opens. The app is often used on the slopes and lifts and people do not have a spare hand to use TWO FINGERS to move the map!
