Worst service, it even can’t locate the Dammam parking lot

The application doesn’t show the time and days of charges; a very simple and basic information needed by the users.
Bad private management with poor judgement
Bad private management with poor judgement and enforcement, then blaming authorities instead of rectifying their own operations. The spaces available before implementing Mawgif were at least 25% more and the street became narrower. The area didn’t need “organization”. It needed to be left alone.
Lagging and bugging
The app is difficult to use and most of the time, their parking spaces don’t have a sign which is VERY predatory.

It should be ban it’s fine mafia without any signing board they put fine on cars. Staff is always misbehaving. They didn’t listen to you! And fine is too much 345 who paid for single wrong parking just for one minute.

نظام المواقف قديم
انتبّهوا يا جماعة، نظام المواقف عندهم جدًا قديم وغير عملي. تحجز موقف وتدفع، وبالنهاية يعطونك فاتورة ومكتوب بخط صغير لازم تحطها فوق الكبوت! من باقي يستخدم هالطريقة للحين؟ المفروض يكون كل شيء مربوط بالنظام مثل باقي الشركات، مو إذا ضاعت الورقة تنحسب عليك مخالفة.
أنا شخصيًا يوم حجزت توقعت النظام إلكتروني مثل أي موقف محترم، وما توقعت أبد لازم أحط الفاتورة على السيارة. والحمدلله إني ما رميتها. والأسوأ من كذا إن خدمة العملاء جدًا بطيئة، الرد يأخذ من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة، وبعدها قالوا لي أرسل الفاتورة بالإيميل. أرسلتها من أسبوع كامل ولا صار أي تجاوب، بالعكس زادت المخالفة 30 ريال زيادة!
أتمنى تطورون النظام أو تعيدون النظر فيه لأنه بصراحة سيئ جدًا مقارنة بباقي الخدمات الموجودة

شركة تاخذ اموال الناس بغير وجه حق ،، تنظيم المواقف مطلب لكن تعامل الموضفين سيي لدرجة انه عند مستشفى يقول الوقوف مجاني واحصل مخالفه الله لايسامحه ولايسامح من وضفه

Nothing useful on app
I tried to find a parking for my rental car but the app just shows my current location, nothing else. The search option doesn't work. I couldn't even manually choose my location to find nearest parking. Same story for residents trying to park. The only useful thing is paying for parking which is possible by sms. In short, a waste of storage inspite of the hefty charges levied for parking and parking permit 👎
