Eu adorava o app, até aumentarem o valor

Utilizo esse app desde 2013, são 13 anos como cliente, sempre usei o plano básico e quando começaram os anúncios migrei para o plano silver, porém recebi uma notificação de que vão aumentar o valor em 3x o valor atual, o app é bom mas o valor é absurdo e não equipara com oq o app serve, eu vou ter que migrar para outro app ou voltar para o plano básico, mas já sei que se fizer isso eu perco minhas informações de 13 anos! Injusto demais com as clientes, principalmente com as mais antigas que pelo visto são a maioria aqui, confiávamos no app e ele nos “traiu”, o dinheiro falou mais alto.

Olá Pam, Nós entendemos que os recursos para rastrear a gravidez seriam úteis. A partir de agora, o aplicativo entrará no modo de pausa automática se nenhuma entrada for feita para mais do que a duração média do ciclo. Por favor insira dados em notas por enquanto. Publique sua entrega, você pode começar a adicionar ciclos novamente e o aplicativo será ajustado automaticamente. Nós definitivamente estaremos trabalhando em gravidez no futuro.

I am very disappointed to see that you decided to increase the subscription price. I honestly do not see a reason to pay that much. It feels like you are ruining your own app in pursuit of profit.

Unfortunately, I will probably switch to the native tracker in Apple Health. Speaking of that - after all these years, you still have not added synchronization with Apple Health. Luckily, I figured out a workaround and manually transferred all my data from Maya starting from September 2016.

I have been your user for 10 years and paid for the subscription, but this price increase is really unreasonable.

Glitchy adds

I used to love maya, had it for probably around 5 to 7 years but now all the adds are glitchy. I understand the need to have adds if people don’t sign up, understandable, however, as it became more frequent and they don’t close after clicking the little “x” sign, I have to close the app and open again. Only for it to show me another add that eont go away and I can use the app anymore. Shame, now Im looking for a new option that actually lets you use the app.

Uso o app há anos (8??) e ele sempre foi o MELHOR. Sempre fiz propaganda do app para minhas amigas. Contudo, este ano, ele tornou várias funções que antes eram liberadas como pagas. Infelizmente, o preço do plano mais barato é um tanto salgadinho para o BR. PORÉM , o app possui parceria com o Wellhub, de modo que foi possível migrará para o plano mais simples. Então, o app está valendo pra mim!

Nice and simple

I’ve been using Maya for almost 10 years now and it has been an amazing app for monthly cycle predictions, vacation planning, or simply track my mood swings. The only thing I think can be and should be improved is to add an option to change the cycle pattern. Periods change with age. My cycle has changed now than what it was 10 years ago. And I had to delete my account to sign up again so I can enter my current cycle pattern. I still feel Maya is the best period tracker. It just needs a new functionality that’s all. Thanks

It’s been a great one for me 🩷

Maya has been my go to app for tracking my period. I would like to suggest that the team could implement fresh, new daily tips instead of giving us the same tips over and over again. It’s quite repetitive. Also, I wish I were able to switch themes but I can’t because I have to buy premium which I don’t want to do.

이제 떠납니다

10년을 넘게 한 마야입니다 간단한 ui가 좋았어서 오랬동안 이용했습니다. 광고? 몇개를 넣으시든 볼 수 있습니다.
다만, 예전 기록을 어플에서 확인하는 게 잠기는 것이 솔직히 당황스럽습니다. 더 좋은 방향으로 업데이트 하겠거니 하고 업데이트 한 제가 너무 밉습니다.
비용적인 문제로 유료화 하신다고 하면 돈을 내고 구매할 생각도 있습니다.
하지만, 솔직히 이용자 입장으로서 4400원을 매달 내면서 기록을 볼 생각은 없습니다. 평생 소유가 아니라 구독권을 이용하기에는 그정도의 가치가 있는지는 모르겠습니다.
오랜 유저의 한탄이었습니다. 그동안 고생하셨습니다.

I’ve had this app for over 5 years. Most features use to be free but now you have to pay. Theres an ad like every minute. I’m getting a different app now.

Used to love

I have had this app for years…I’m talking since it existed lol but now with the ads and taking away anything past 6 months history?? That is the sole reason I love this app is that I can go back and look at past cycles. I have extreme emetophobia and seeing that I have had similar symptoms in the past really helps to calm my anxiety. I really hope I don’t have to delete this app. UPDATE: I have to upgrade my service which I already had the silver but it doubled/almost tripled in price so I had to upgrade again. FINE…if that means I can see my history I’ll do it BUT THEN there’s still an annoying banner in the way telling me to upgrade my plan to the highest plan…why do I have a banner?? It’s just like having an ad in my face EVERY DAY…and yes I use it every day! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Ten years and this is what I have to deal with. Looking for a new app

Thank you for being a Maya user. The new subscription plans have been built to make Maya an even better product. We are migrating to a more capable platform to encrypt data, store it more reliably, ensure timely backup and sync it across devices. All of your data is safe - only syncing to the device is limited. Your cycle history can be viewed in the graphs under 'Insights' and you can also export all data through the 'Email all data' feature under accounts. Another consistent feedback we have from users is to make Maya ad free. The new subscription plans are aimed at removing intrusive ads from Maya in the coming months. Disappointed

Giving it two stars because I have used this for a very long time. Unhappy with the privacy and reading about how they have used the data we give, too many ads, and new paid tier- none of which helps the user- only you makers??.

지난 기록 삭제라니 ㅋ..

2013년부터 썼을정도로 오래됐는데 광고가 계속 생기고 ui도 점점 별로지만 지난 기록이 있어서 꾸준히 썼는데요.. 유료 아니면 6개월 기록만 보라는게 어이가 없네요ㅋㅋ 심지어 월간 지불이라니 ..진짜 어이없어서 앱리뷰도 처음 남겨보네요 이렇게 이 앱을 떠나야하나봅니다 ㅡㅡ
