I have an issue on a duplicate account which is abnormal. Its been 2 years I haven’t used maya and post using maya again this werk l am notified of having a duplicate account which I am unaware of.
AI Bot wont transfer me to a live agent even though the bot cant help me further on my concern post the ticket has been created which takes 10 business days to complete the process.
Customer service rep wont confirm the details I am asking pointing out security concern/privaty etc. What can be breached or cause a security concern if you can just confirm me the last 2 digit of the number used on the duplicate account for me to confirm if its really me who opened the other account or not?

Surprised and Dismayed
I received my reward as a new client around 2pm and the same rewards got “expired” as per the agent around 6pm. I am asking for a copy of the terms and conditions that I have to use it immediately (as per the agent). But insisted that they cannot tell exactly when a reward expires. Deleting my account because Maya is not transparent!!

Terrible on boarding process
I followed all tedious instructions several times only to find out information did not match the documents. Why not take them from the documents.? Extremely outdated on boarding. Will try to use credit cards when possible. And no way to log a ticket that works. No one answering on the phone.

Can’t past facial recognition garbage. Trash.
No way to upgrade an account
If you have a foreign passport do not even try to get your upgraded account. It always fails with “your passport is invalid” error. Support is absolutely useless they just keep saying go and upgrade your account and it doesn’t matter that you basically call them because you can’t upgrade it.
Overlimit fee of 750/closing my account
The overlimit fee is 750, my overlimit amount was only 200. When i used it again the fee is already added but you cant go beyond your limit. I don’t understand is if i cant go beyond my limit it shouldn’t go through the first time right? when i was overlimit for 200 it should have been cancelled but no they want to Charge you 750 fee. And when i tried closing my account many many many times they ended the chat the chat support will end my chat even if i continuously send messages. They are so bad customer service very bad

Hello, just wanted to say the app suddenly didn’t send me any OTP that’s why I can’t log in to my account. I tried everything still nothing helps. I tried to do the chat but I can’t do that because I need to to log in to my account first before I talk to someone which is the problem. I need my money in my account so I need you to fix it ASAP.

Maya does not provide or guarantee security of your hard earned money. Their system got hacked on the first week of April 2026. My wife’s Php 20,000 mysteriously vanished. When questioned, my wife found out that other users of the app lost over Php 100,000! As they are conducting their investigations, Maya are left in the dark waiting in vain for their money. Previous history of Maya’s system being hacked resulted in a lot of people not getting their money back at all! AVOID MAYA AT ALL COSTS!
