Useless Bank Application
Most useless bank application ever. It never works when need arises. I will change my bank to get rid of this headache called bank islami.
Bad application
Very poorly managed application. App dies every time I open to look at my accounts.

Constantly Crashing
App is not working from last 2 months so far, it is kicking you out immediately while login, complaint twice to head office but the app is still same useless app & bank service

Another update but it still crash right after login itās been 5 months without an app. What a shame to app but no one test it before put into production mode.
Change your development team and head. Embarrassing to be a real bank.
I canāt believe a bank this big doesnāt test updates apps before. My app logs in and crash after a 1 second. Itās been more than 2 months and they havenāt fixed it. This happens on every time new update is launched. Iām thinking of going to Mezaan Bank.

This app is a āCrashing Kingā š
Extremely poor and low quality app. It crashes every time a new update is launched. Developer has taken no action or updated the app for months to fix the issue. It is unacceptable that the bank's app crashes every time they release an update. Customers rely on the app to manage their finances, and the constant crashing can cause serious issues. It's unacceptable that the bank has not taken steps to resolve this issue and make the app more reliable. They need to take responsibility and fix this problem immediately to ensure that their customers have a better experience.

I just received a msg from Bank Islami to update the app but I canāt find the update option anywhere. Can anyone please help me?
This is the worst bank app Iāve used so far.
It suddenly stops working on petrol pumps/ markets etc. It is so embarrassing. The money gets cut from account but the third party doesnāt receive it. I had to pay twice at the petrol pump (with card and then cash) because the card wasnāt working.
Kindly, resolve the issues

Outages are the norm
The app has a downtime frequency that is surprisingly high, particularly for an institution that certainly has the resources to produce something far better. The app experience has been so bothersome that Iāve decided to close my account with the bank and stick to better alternatives for my own sanity.

Not working on iPad Air
Please fix the issue, I am not able to log in on the latest iPad Air at all, the app freezes doesnāt go beyond

This app need some serious update, it crashes all the time and now its not even working on iphone12.

App not working on iOS device
The app is not working on iOS devices any more. I checked it on 2 iOS devices and was unable to login on both. However, when i tried it on an android device the login was successful. The developer shall look into this issue. I hope BIPL will not ignore this like it does with most of its consumerās issues these days.
