I’d rate this bank 3 stars. There are still lots of issues with the app and customer service that need improving. My debit card was blocked over a year ago, and I still can’t use it. Icalled helpline multiple times and completed all required verification, yet they still seem to think I’m using someone else’s account. I even visited an MCB branch, but they couldn’t verify me either and simply advised me to call the helpline again.

Poor interface
Take too much time , while I am doing my work it logout automatically, I had to work again . Make it simple and easier.
Deserves zero star
It is such an unreliable app. It never works reliably on iPhone. I can easily say that 40% of the time it fails to sign in. It has its own mind and chooses sometimes to sign in and others not.

Silly App
Silly app told me I had to be born before 2013, so I entered 1959. Apparently, in this app’s reality, 1959 comes after 2013. I guess age really is just a number, but basic math clearly isn't!
