Worst USER EXPERIENCE (Design & App Structure)
Pathetic UI/UX, pathetic design and work flow, extremely critical and non user friendly design. Being a regular HBL app user, I think MCB, Askari and Meezan have worst apps and their use is so time consuming and annoying.

Such terrible and confusing. Disaster to add beneficiary. If trying to add via IBAN (which is proper and secure way) it adds it as Raast account, hence you can’t transfer any money. If you break the account apart, then you can send money. Sometimes it does let you select bank name, but from other menu it doesn’t give you an option to add bank. (Clear cut bug in the MCB live app), not sure what kind of software engineers designed it. Pathetic

Translation error har bar pe hi error aa rha hai lakin payment account se cut ho jati hai har bar naa balance show hota hai na transaction bakwas app koii banda bhi account naa open kre mcb main ghatya bank hai

It’s been a year since I am using online mcb banking app doesn’t work properly you guys should hire developers from different countries pakii are the worse developers i have ever seen
Session expired
After logging in, the app immediately shows “Your session has expired, please login again.” When I try to log in again, the same message appears repeatedly. I cannot perform a single transaction.
I contacted the helpline and they removed my registered devices, including my iPhone 16 Plus and office laptop, and relinked my mobile phone to their system. The app then asked for biometric verification, but during the biometric process the same session expired message appeared again.
I even visited the Emporium Mall branch and completed biometric verification at the bank. After that, a two hour cool down period was applied. I waited patiently, but when I tried again, the same session expired issue continued.
