Latest version is glitchy as hell. Won’t locate to order. Terrible and untested update.
Frustrating
Its not cool to not let me cancel an order cause i dont want to wait in the drive thru. It claims that they are already working on it so it will not let me cancel. They dont even provide options for lobby pickup after ten nor curd side pickup. I think that its cool to collect points and stuff, but even the deals make the items the priced fair for the quality that you are getting. I have been sitting in this drive thru for over 10 mins and i have yet to reach the box to speak to the worker there.

This normally doesn’t happens with Mc Donald’s. But this time it wasn’t a good experience
we were waiting for the order to arrive at my home. When it was time, I checked the order, and at the last minute, they canceled it, alleging that the restaurant had a high demand flow. They didn’t help us in any way and also charged me almost $40 for a meal that should have been $20, and they charged me the points too. I spoke with someone really helpful, but they didn’t solve my problem. I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. If I had placed the order for pickup, they didn’t guarantee to make it, so I would have to go physically and order there. For me, it’s unacceptable that a big franchise can’t even give you a refund at the moment, not the money, but at least give you the money back in the app or try to get you the food if the restaurant is busy. Just don’t let people place any orders, and the user has to decide to go to the restaurant or do something else. Really bad experience. I want my money back or any response about the food. Unacceptable wait of 5 days for $40 in a $20 meal.

Times of open do not coincide with the actual restaurant.
If you order pick up and it closes before you get there it cancels your order instead of letting you pick it up at the drive through which is still open.

Can’t request partial refund
They removed the option to get help if your order was messed up and make it as hard as they can to make your bad experience worse
Edit: they responded to this review I gave them more info and they still didn’t didn’t anything lol they purposefully gave me the wrong sandwich. They said it by accident over the speaker that they didn’t have steak but didn’t tell me and gave me a different sandwich

Buggy app
Tried ordering mobile, went to a location and my order glitched or something. Waited a whole hour and had to say my order three times, I actually didn’t get my food, and I gotta wait a few days before getting my refund
