Ads
The concept of the app has potential. You can’t hardly learn how the app works for all the ads. I know that’s to push me to selecting a no ad tier. But before I do that I’d like to get a feel for how the app works, if it will work, and can it meet my specific needs. I can’t answer any these questions with this app and all the ads. I am likely going to delete it and try using something else I already have to track my workouts.

Equipment difficult to connect, ads all over the place
The OEM software that came with my exercise bike was ok, but this is garbage
Don’t use it!
This app doesn’t sync with my Apple Watch easily and the ads last FOREVER! To log your data!
Not just ads, now drops connection frequently too
Oh boy, first MyCloud Fitness with ads added years after buying my ExerWork stationary bike, then monthly costs added, and now instability too. No better way to ensure I'll never buy anything associated with these cloud services again.
New app is trash
Won’t connect to AppleWatch anymore and annoys you with a minutes of unskippable ads to register your trainings. Very efficient at annoying people. Since there’s no alternative for the training machine it’s a shaming practice.
Works fine
Definitely an improvement on the app it replaced. It connects and tracks my exercise, bike activity, which is all I use it for.
Even worse with new company
Loses connection with my bike and now have to pay to view tracked distance after workout is saved

Tracked distance is still free in the Daily view in Insights or Journal.
Ads that block the ability to adjust workout?
As soon as I switch away to any other app, my connection to my bike is lost and my workout ends. At least MyCloudFitness allowed backgrounding, usually holding its connection during my 25 minute workouts as I watched YouTube Videos. This replacement drops the instant I open anything else on my iPhone 17 running iOS 26.x.

Annoying
Only connects to my bike for 5 minutes during a workout, after that it doesn’t update any of the stats like RPM, calories, etc.

Would love to use with my rowing machine but can’t create an account. Email is sent for me to click thru but my security sw flags an unsafe site. Even if I click to ignore the page then just goes nowhere

I would rate this app higher, but after using it for a year or two they added ads. I understand they want to generate money for this free service, but ever since then it keeps dropping me from connecting my phone to the bike and then I have to watch an ad that’s longer than what I was able to actually work out for is really ridiculous and annoying.

What happened?!?
I’ve had this app for awhile - initially it took a little getting used to trying to figure out how to use it. Over the last several months it’s gone from bad to worse. Initially - it was trying to find my machine. Now? You’re held hostage if you try and save anything. Trying to log a workout? Whether you save if delete- you have to watch some dumb ad. There’s no bypassing the ad. Not to cancel or save - held hostage. Deleting the app as I can’t see how the functionality is going to be maintained when the app developer is more concerned about whether an ad gets posted/watched vs the app actually working.

Terrible app
App makes you watch 30 second ads in the middle of workouts in order to continue.

The ability to save the workout I just did on the machine I paid hundreds of dollars for should not be a “reward” granted only after watching a 30 second ad.

I didn’t buy my exercise bike to be bombarded with ads while I do a workout.
Drains and heats up battery
Did exercise for 10 minutes and left it open because ad would not let me close it gracefully. Turns out it was using up battery and phone was very hot! Make sure you shut it down completely even if you have to crash it.

The ads are insane. 60 sec ad at the end of your workout to save it. When you go to start a new workout the next day, guess what another 60 second ad because it didnt actually save. Can we not have apps today without stupid ads for junk ill never buy?
Has become unusable…
One of the more recent updates has introduced ads. No matter what I do, another ad pops up. Hopefully a follow up fix with restore some usability. In the meantime, I guess my exercise goes unlogged.
