App keeps glitching

When browsing categories, random item pages will open for ex: if exploring chicken category then every time you scroll then boneless chicken page will open, you manage to come back to home page and scroll again then fish section will open. It’s the glitchiest app I’ve ever seen. Absolutely infuriating UI. Developers: PLEASE Use third party tools to identify the errors customers are facing and fix it. I’m on iPhone 13 latest version of the app.

Worst / responsible

I order for the first time. Very bad service. My order slot was today’s 10 am to 12 pm. When I saw my order passed the slot timing and still hadn’t received my order, I reached out to customer service only to find out my order had been returned, and they said, The delivery tried to call you but got no response! Like seriously, I've been waiting for my order since morning, and my phone was with me the whole time. I didn't receive any call or text from them. Very irresponsible and bad service. I'm never going to order from this app.

Frauds

Worst chicken. Please do not purchase from here. They give you all frozen items even the chicken. Before ordering they don’t mention date but later they deliver you old products. When asked for refund first they will ask you to return the product and then they will refund it after 2 days. Really fraud. Very bad customer service also. And also the product 4 times expensive than other shops. Save your money from this fraud company.

App loops and asks to update

While their product is nice, the application has serious flaws. Whenever I have tried to use it, it has always deterred me and made me use another app instead as an example today it asked me to update which I did and in spite of doing so it keeps asking me to update and loop me back to the App Store.

Quality food and service

Got lucky with this service that I tried randomly(saw their delivery guy in our apartment complex). Ordered the mutton burra chops. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meat and the marinade. Stuck it in the grill for 25 minutes and it came out great. What a great find in Mohali after having struggled for years to get decent meat and getting turned off by unhygienic conditions at shops. Thanks for taking out the guess work in the purchase process. Placed another order for momos and croissants. Going to go through the entire menu slowly and will let you guys know if they keep their promise

Very good quality preps and amazingly helpful people

The app is good ofcourse if a little crowded and gives no place to rate the dishes/items so doing it here. Their Zaatar chicken is awesome. And yesterday when ggn was flooded, they went out of their way to have it delivered in time for guests. Thanks Anirban, much appreciated.

Too expensive

The product was very good at the beginning but now they have increased the price too high, and the quality isn’t too good especially pork chops, now it’s very small size with no fat and increased price.

Delay in delivery

What’s the use of choosing a delivery slot time when your all deliver at your own sweet time. Plus your chat system is hopeless. The non bot people take forever to reply. What’s the use of paying them salary when they don’t know what the job is all about and turn around time to reply to a customer. Hopeless and no use of ordering from metigo when they advertise time slot as per convince but don’t deliver even paying extra for early delivery fee.

Terrible delivery experience

What is even the point of choosing a delivery slot if you will deliver whenever you feel like? I chose a slot in the evening when I’ll be home and they delivered in the morning when I was out. The neighbors who are vegetarians collected the order and had a big problem because they had to collect meat. On top of that, it sat unrefridgerated all day in summer so I don’t even know if the meat is safe to consume anymore, and my large order is basically wasted. The delivery person didn’t call me either so I couldn’t make alternate arrangements. I don’t know how any meat service operating in India can be so stupidly unaware of the sensibilities of vegetarians in the country. Never trusting Meatigo again.

Some upgrades required

1. We need an option of online payment once cash on delivery has been selected, and order placed .
2. There is no option of order cancellation or tracking
