App Isn’t working for my brand new iPhone 17 Pro with updated OS. I have memory, I have restarted, deleted, and re-downloaded the app. It just shows a screen trying to turn on. I can’t even insert login information. Very disappointing.

:2025 and still no English language support—unacceptable

It’s 2025 in an EU country and the Médis app offers only Portuguese. Expats and English-speakers are ignored. Other healthcare apps in Portugal already support English, so this isn’t difficult—it’s a choice. Fix the UI, add English, show you value all customers. It’s unacceptable. Do better and do it now!

IbAn change does not work

Kindly test the fuctions before putting in online. The keyboard is on top of the iban field and you cant for example copy or see what you type fix this asap- and review your testing- last iphone and os- thanks
