Disappointed
I have been using this app for over 5 years and I am very disappointed that it is now making me have to pay. I would do the same meditation each time and liked that I only had to pay if I wanted to use something different. Just like allllll the other apps. Have to pay to continue using it.

Beginning
I opened the app today to find a whole new platform I had gotten used to the one before. The app will not continue if your screen closes . It didn’t do this before. It must be a update that needs fixing. Please fix ASAP I’m getting used to the meditation and looking introduction but it depends on the fix. The app doesn’t work at all

I’ve been using and paying for this app for years. You broke the perfectly working app, with your bug fix. You are not responding to email or fixing the app.

Audio issues
I have done two or three meditations on this app. Each of them had audio glitches. The audio stops frequently throughout the meditation and I have to start it over again, which is a huge interruption in my ability to focus on the meditation.
Breathe deep
I’m looking for an app to assist me during a difficult situation. A coach who can help me with deep breathing exercises. It works for me but I need a coach to help me. My home health nurse has suggested I find an app that works for me. To help me breathe slower and more steadily and decrease anxiety. And prevent a stressful situation from spiraling out of control.

Amazing!
I was honestly power doubtful when I first downloaded it but soccer I’ve started I have been getting better sleep, have less anxiety, and be nicer and calmer towards people I’m usually pretty cranky or moody towards. I seriously recommend this app it helps me a lot!!!

I like this app because it tells you exactly what you need to do. Pick a category, tap Day 1, play. Next day, same thing, except you tap Day 2, and so on. The sessions aren’t too long and are very doable to squeeze a meditation session into a busy day. I wish there was a share button from the app, but when I share it I have to share from the App Store.
