Sign-in credentials
This application no longer saves sign-in credentials even with Face ID set to required. It makes the app pointless when I can just go to a web browser and enter my credentials with the same steps. Signing in was never smooth but this is sad.
Crashes
The app says it’s “hit a snag” and doesn’t show anything

As of recently, MHealth no longer opens for me. My username and password work but then I just get a white screen. So disappointing.

I have to actually go to google and bring up the patient portal login page and sign in through their the app hasn’t worked for months plus I can’t even access my mother’s patient portal account and don’t bother emailing or calling to get help because I’ve been trying since 12/2025 it’s now 7/1/2026 apparently Owosso memorial needs to stop all the commercials and actually have employee education classes for each department!

What a joke
I spent the time last week making sure I could get into the new portal. Today, Monday I had a zoom appointment and it would not let me in. I tried to reset and the portal said my username did not exist. So now I have missed my appointment.

Can’t even make an account
After following all of the steps including calling my hospital and getting the enrollment link I still can’t make a damn account. I can’t log in despite it saying I’m enrolled. I’m stuck in a loop of continued errors. I rarely give bad reviews to apps, but this one is so broken I had to.

This account is the 2nd account for my parents and it’s impossible to set up and has support that you get voicemail that will call you within 24 hrs

App never ever updates test results. They always say pending. I’ve contacted medical records multiple times to help. They always end up emailing my results encrypted. Useless app.
Needs Universal Links
This is a very good app that appears to be improving and with one minor change would be FAR less irritating.
When I receive emails from my healthcare provider (WhidbeyHealth) it offers me links to the document, results, prescriptions, etc. to which the e-mail refers. When I click in the e-mail it directs me to the App Store and suggests “for the best experience download the app,” which I already have. The App Store knows this already and offers me the option to open the app, which then authenticates me (Face ID etc.) and then I’m finally in the app.
We’re Meditech to offer Universal Links I could click on the e-mail link and my device would already “know” I have the app and open it directly without running around a URL to the App Store for the phone to realize I already have the app then offer a choice to open it. Just open the app already! I don’t care if it doesn’t take me immediately to the document or appointment I clicked on in the e-mail—just let me in your app!!!

Fix your app
I cant tell if its the app or the facility but I am unable to write messages or change appointments on this. Its absolutely useless in communicating with my provider on a mobile device. Figure it out.
Worst app ever!!!!
This app is completely useless! Have to reset your user name and password every-time you log in!! Then they lock you out…
Captcha’s are overwhelming/sign in issues
The amount of captchas you require are absolutely ridiculous. Even after my password and Face ID sign in, it takes 5 minutes to get through your captcha process. I understand you are trying to protect information but it is extremely excessive.
Update: Now the app will not sign in the majority of the time. It just says unexpected error. If you are lucky by about the twelfth time it might let you finally sign in. Early useless app anymore.
