SCAMMERS
This app was initially decent but since past few years they are just scamming people left right and centre. Common people like us order from this app because of its affordability and also because we can easily return the items which doesn’t meet our expectations. I did the same and ordered something I didn’t like it and raised a request to return it two weeks ago. Now the problem is not that its been two weeks and they’ve not picked up my order the problem is this people just keep on postponing the dates as soon as the date it was supposed to get picked up comes closer. I tried talking to their customer support via chat in this they not at all mention that you’ll be talking to a bot but the responses are exactly like a bot they are of no help whatsoever.
On top of that they even delay their resolution time no proper support is provided at all.
I’ll be visiting the consumer court regarding this issue on 21st September because enough is enough I can’t let my hard earned money go to waste just because someone is not taking the accountability. I’ve also spoken to a bunch of other customers who has faced the similar issue if you guys has also faced the same issue please do join us and send me an email for more details.

Ordered 3 units of premium product costing my a lot of money. Never Received the Product. When contacted customer support, they weren’t of any help. Lost money. Appears the Delivery Drivers doing Shifty business. Won’t buy anything from Meesho again. Amazon has much better customer support program
