This is an open scam app that they are operating I had ordered many products from them and I was scammed as they didn’t deliver my product and it claims that they delivered as I had shared otp but mind you I had only shared otp for my other product and I have not received enough help from their help centre to decode it and now they are saying they can’t do anything money wasted product also not received never order from here

Block my other account with any reason
I am very disappointed with Meesho's customer service and the unfair blocking of my account. My account was blocked even though the mistake was entirely on the seller's side. I received incorrect products multiple times and returned or exchanged them only by following Meesho's policies. Despite this, my account was blocked without any proper investigation or valid reason.
Before submitting my feedback, I contacted customer care several times, but they only kept saying that my account had been blocked and could not be reactivated. They did not listen to my concerns or make any effort to review my case. After I submitted feedback, I received a link asking me to explain my issue, but the link never opened. Because of this technical problem, I was unable to submit my complaint. This made the entire process even more frustrating.
I have been a genuine customer and always followed the platform's rules. It is unfair to punish customers for mistakes made by sellers. I request Meesho to properly investigate my case, review my order and return history, fix the issue with the feedback link, and unblock my account as soon as possible. I also hope Meesho improves its customer support so other genuine customers do not face the same experience.

Please add seller option on IOS
I have been a Meesho seller for a long time, and I use an iPhone. On Android, the Meesho app includes a Seller option, allowing sellers to manage their business directly from the app. However, on iOS, this feature is missing, so we have to open the Seller website every time, which is inconvenient.
Please add the Meesho Seller section to the iOS app as well, just like Android. It would make managing orders, products, and other seller activities much easier for iPhone users. Many sellers would really appreciate this feature. Thank you!

I received a broken product when I requested for return they took my product and later no refund and status updated to order has been canceled, product gone money gone, no proper customer service i also had the delivery guys contact number but they said they cannot help and closed and disconnected the call without solving my problem

I have been a loyal Meesho customer for years and have recommended it to countless friends and family members. Being from a middle-class family, Meesho was always my first choice because of its affordable prices and decent quality. My wardrobe, footwear, home essentials, and so many other things are from Meesho.
However, over the last few months, the experience has become extremely disappointing. Almost every single order I place arrives wrong, damaged, or completely different from what was shown in the product listing. I’m getting married next month, so I’ve been ordering many important items, trusting the platform based on my past experience. Today was the final straw—I ordered a makeup/storage box worth a significant amount, but received a cheap and completely different product.
This is not a one-time issue; it has happened repeatedly. It feels like customers are being misled. I’m frustrated, angry, and honestly shocked at how badly the services are A platform I once trusted blindly now doesn’t even deserve a single star. If this continues, Meesho will lose many loyal customers like me. This is my last order, and I am uninstalling the app for good.
