Hmmm not exactly
A bit confusing. The description is not as relevant to the content of the app, but nonetheless could be useful.
It has been helpful to a point.
I got this app because I struggle to care about keeping things tidy around the house and my husband really prefers things to be tidy. Before you go hating on him he’s very reasonable and doesn’t usually make a big deal out of it. But the fact is it’s one way I can show him love and if something I’ve wanted to work on. Plus, it is nice when things are tidy. I just always have reasons to put off cleaning up because I feel like I can do more important things with my time. Not being lazy – I’m doing other important tasks.
So that’s the backstory.
I saw this app and read the reviews and people were saying things like on the first day. It told me to put away three things in my line of sight and I did and that was it. I thought perfect. This is exactly what I need to create good habits about cleaning up.
But when I took the quiz, apparently the app felt that what I needed was mental processing about how to not procrastinate.
It is true that not cleaning up as a form of procrastination
At first, the lessons were helpful and they did in fact help me set aside my excuses for not putting things away when I was able to. But never once has it told me to put things away. It just keeps asking me to consider a task. I’ve procrastinated on an entire day lessons to it. It feels redundant at this point.
I think I will finish out my month, which is over in a few few days and then cancel.

Major letdown
It had very little to offer.
I never write reviews but I was shocked at how different Mellow Flow was once I got it vs what I expected from their article. No wonder they didn’t have any kind of free trial - no one would ever buy it after that. I can’t believe I paid any money for this let alone as much as I did.

Worst app interface ever
I signed up by email. The instructions to download and sign in to the app are abominable. Anyone with ADD would find it difficult to impossible. The app keeps prompting me to pay a subscription fee again with no way to navigate to my account. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and I’m still stuck. Cannot link the account I signed up for on the website to the same email address on the app. WTH people?

ADHD Info - No Solution!
Ridiculous app … I bought from an ad about Swedish order & cozy homes … The app was supposed to be daily tasks & clarifying decision making … It’s just a bunch of info about ADHD … no solution offered at all & no way to get a refund … SCAM.
