Marvelous stay
We spent 5 wonderful days at the cozy Memmo Alfama Hotel just before Christmas 2024. The hotel is perfectly located, close to shopping areas, good restaurants, historic sites and the beautiful Tage River which we could see from our bedroom window. A very special wake-up view! Breakfast was exceptional with tasty fresh fruits, breads, cheeses cold cuts and Portuguese specialties. What makes this Hotel so special is the very professional, helpful and hospitable staff who catered to all our needs with a smile and made us feel right at home. We would especially thank Ms. Hingrid Galvao, Ms. Colza Soares and Mr. Kevin Fernandes among many other staff members for their wonderful disposition. We highly recommend staying at this hotel for all the reasons stated.

App is now working
Downloaded the app on my iPhone but it’s not working. All it shows is “settings” selection and when I select it the screen is blank. I am located in the USA and we are traveling to Portugal in October so it would be nice to have this app working correctly
App does nothing
I downloaded the app and opened it up to a blank page with only “Settings” available as an option. There is an option to “Download” “Content”, but downloading the content did nothing. Not sure if it’s giving nothing because we’re located in the US but it should be giving something
