Fun to learn
Although I have just started, this has been a fun exploration of various learning exercises to increase memory.
Great Memory App!
I was curious of how you can actually do an app that teaches you how to learn. As a guy in the mid 50’s I am pleasantly surprised of how engaging this app is. As always, it is up to you to make it happen, you have to plan, then execute so you don’t fall behind. Looking forward for what is next!
Wanted it to work
So confusing between rooms to walk through to something to be transferred. I appreciate the gamification but I have no idea what the next steps are.
Plus setting up a subscription sent me down a tunnel that I couldn't escape from and ended up with two subscriptions.
App needs some serious testing and user interface design.
What are "My Urgent Transfers"? Why am I having to guess what I am to do next?

Powerful stuff. You’re very easy to watch and listen to. Your exercises clearly work. I appreciate all your attention to detail. As well as your skill at teaching us how to pay attention to details. 😉
Bugged when purchasing student plan!
I was well on my way to work my memory but then I got stuck at a level u need to buy student plan to move on and then got completely blocked bec I couldn’t even purchase it!!! It’s not fault if trying with customers service who was really slow and unhelpful! Too bad bec I think the app looks promising and certainly seems to help out with memory trick and tips but it’s frustrating to get stuck with no resolution for over 1.5 weeks! Good luck!

An alien approach to learning

I really wanted to like this app, but I never got to use it. The onboarding wizard is so long and repetitive and there’s not an option to skip anything. After a couple of minutes, I just got sick of the repeated questions, quit the app and deleted it. What a disappointment!
Just wish you didn’t have to pay so much
It’s been a really great tool. I almost consider it a course really, but a 30 dollar a month minimum subscription is pretty absurd. I appreciate the time and knowledge put into this but that’s fairly steep for a mobile app.
Brain Olympian
If getting in shape physically by lifting weights and running/biking/swimming consistently is the best thing you can do to improve your life dramatically, this app and the activities it has you do and they way it makes you think, is the next best thing, if not to the same degree of life improvement. Do it. It should be a requirement.

Just found this app and been using it for three days now. I’m enjoying it and understanding the power of the exercises to build my memory muscles

Can’t afford refund pending but not actioned
I was very unwell ( almost hospitalised) and missed the cancelling at end of trial. I was told by apple that I had to pay the sub before they could process the refund- and then declined!!! The people at memory OS said they will refund to me but I keep getting repeat emails which I reply to appropriately and get a repeated email back which is very frustrating - so now I am very much out of pocket from being unwell and having to pay a sub and stuck in what seems like a never ending loop of repeat emails.
If i have done something wrong my end it’s not explained by apple. And Memory OS has asked for pay pal in for which i have supplied 3-4 x and still get asked to supply it.
It’s a great app when I was doing trial but I could not at all afford it or the time to use it- and I’m using so much time trying to get the refund as I didn’t want to continue after the trial.

Great educational tool
After only 2 days of use, I think this is one of the best educational apps, providing research data with explanations and practice, likely effective in helping to build memory tools.
Effective learning skills
In school they expect everyone to absorb everything at the decided pace and in whatever teaching style the instructor prefers. They don’t teach you how to effectively learn though. For me, drills never worked. I sucked at spelling so bad that to this day I’m lost without my phone. Vocabulary was easier though, and I didn’t realize why. The practices in this app fill in the missing gap by teaching you to remember by creating personal connections to the thing you need to remember. the app is also well designed and easy to navigate. The graphics in the game are stunning. I actually enjoy hanging out in this classroom. It’s already made such a difference and I’m still just in the beginning lessons. I think I’m going to stick to this practice habit easily, and I can’t stick to anything!

Only option was to get scammed out of $300
Was never offered an option to try this app free, which is fine, but then I was presented with the usual yearly or monthly option and I chose $25 monthly to try it out, not realising it was a 12-month commitment tor $25 payments even if I cancel after one day I’m on the hook for $300. Ultimately it’s Apple’s fault for enabling such a scammy option but developers shouldn’t take advantage of it as it preys on customers that don’t read the fine print.
