A Scam?
$149 charged for an annual subscription that I didn’t approve and denied cancellation request from Apple. Customer support were less than helpful. Absolute garbage.

No way to cancel subscription
Please explain where I can go in the App Store or in my settings to cancel my subscription. I cannot find any place to do this. This is supposed to be an easy cancel, I have already paid for the trial. I cannot continue with the app for personal reasons and I want to cancel. Please post instructions on how to cancel. I don’t think this is a bad app but the payment system is worth one star. Please please please please help this. Cancel my subscription.

I would like more explanation on the purpose of the memory rooms. Wondering why I pay for things in app when I have already paid for subscription. It’s good but feel like I’m flying blind.
