I am a sitter and a client for Meowtel. Out of all the different apps, I pick Meowtel when needing a sitter for my cat. Their customer service is awesome. They always handle any issue with patience and kindness. The sitters are all background checked. I enjoy Meowtel a lot!
They abuse the notifications
I need to have notifications on in case anything happens with my animal when I have a sitter, and then they spam my device with advertisements every day or two. Very annoying very unnecessary.

Wonderful cat sitting service
Meowtel is a terrific service for someone who does not want to worry at all when they are apart from their Kitty. We have used probably six different sitters over the 5+ years and they have all been so loving to our baby girl. Instructions were followed and our home was left neat as a pin when we got back.

Cat-Sitting
Meowtel has been a huge blessing and I love how my sitter, Mickey has been with my cats- Plays with them, brushes them, feeds them, gives them treats, freshens the water fountains, paper under the fountains and both litter pans, She send s thorough daily reports from each visit accompanied by lots of photos and videos. Meowtel is very reasonable when compared to boarding and my cats are so happy to remain in their home and their routines. Meowtel does a thorough job of vetting and interviewing potential sitters and I appreciate this as well as their reliability and communication policies… I highly recommend Meowtel and they are nationwide and their app is very user-friendly.

Good app
My sweet, shy kitty has CKD, and right before our trip, she was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and needed medication twice a day. Karalyne didn’t hesitate at all to take this on.
She patiently gave our kitty three different medications and kept everything very organized. The medications had strict timing requirements, including some that needed to be given before meals and others during meals, and she handled everything perfectly.
I’m also very grateful for how flexible and accommodating she was with my changing instructions. We really appreciate the wonderful care she gave our kitty.

A great service
Meowtel connected me with a top notch caregiver for my 13-year-old cat. They have bonded through the caregivers commitment to routine and genuine affection for my kitty. It has reduced my anxiety on trips, knowing my kitty is well cared for and relaxed at home.
Deactivated Me Without Warning
I was enjoying the app, had happy clients, but got busy at the end of the semester so Meowtel deactivated my account without telling me. I reached out over email multiple times trying to find out why my account suddenly became a client account. Only finally got a response when I called, now they’re saying the area has too many sitters. This feels unfair since I was already a sitter with good ratings. I prefer the local cat sitting agency I like because they still give me clients no matter what and don’t pause accounts. Would not really recomend this app due to poor communication and not reinstating me.

I am so grateful to have found this app! As someone who travels a lot for work, knowing I have someone who genuinely cares about my cat and takes great care of her in my absence is a weight off my shoulders. The cat sitters are all very experienced and the platform is very user friendly.

Reliable Cat Sitters
I was so worried leaving my boys with someone, I never go anywhere. I never travel but I had to get home to my parents. I had two amazing sitters, Sara and Jessica! This made the biggest difference in me being able to travel because my babies were so well taken care of! Highly recommend!

This is my first time using a pet sitting service, and I’m so so happy with our specific sitter and with Meowtel overall! I highly recommend Meowtel for cat owners. I knocked off one star only because of the app interface - it’s a bit touchy, either duplicating posts or delays in posting, and the UI for documenting info about each cat could be a bit smoother.

I love Meowtel. It is the best app for finding a great cat sitter. I’m always nervous leaving my kitties and this app has made it easier. You can search for exactly the type of sitter you are looking for, scan their availability, and schedule a meet and greet to make sure they’re the right fit. The messaging in the app is great and it is easy to use.

We have had 4 fantastic experiences with Meowtel. We were in need of finding a new pet sitter to take care of our 3 kitties and we have had qgreat sitters using Meowtel. They have been caring , reliable and provide regular updates and photos. The app is easy to set up and use too!
Easy way to find a GREAT cat sitter
This app made it so easy. I have tried finding cat sitters in the past and it was so confusing. Meowtel made it super easy and made us feel confident in the sitters on their site. We had an amazing experience with Glo and cannot recommend her high enough. Truly a great app and experience.
