I was initially hesitant about using a cat sitter, but after booking 2 separate sitters (one moved) on Meowtel several times each, I am reassured. The bookings can get pricey, but the quality of the service (the cat sitter) has been excellent. I don’t know what we’d do without it ❥
Catsitter - Wonderful App
I have been a sitter on Meowtel since 2023 and have had a wonderful experience. I can’t speak to the client perspective, but as a sitter I truly appreciate how responsive Meowtel is any time I’ve run into issues. They are always making updates to the app to make it more useful for sitters and pet parents, such as upgrading the chat function to allow for longer videos, edit messages, and emoji react to messages. They have also added flexible functionality in terms of scheduling and service areas. Cannot recommend Meowtel highly enough to fellow sitters, and my clients seem to have a good experience as well.

Meowtel made it easy to find and book a cat sitter compared to other pet sitting services and the sitters I’ve worked with have been exceptional.

There’s a ton of apps out there for dog sitting specifically but this one is tailored to cats! We found a great sitter when needed and have used her multiple times now and we’re so happy we chose to look into this app!
Wish I found this sooner
Previously, I’ve been having friends come and check on my cat while I was gone, which felt like a burden to do. After hearing about Meowtel, I can confidently say I’ll be using it moving forward whenever my cat needs taken care of.

Meowtel found us a fabulous sitter
Since our sitter of 25+ years died, we’ve tried other sitters found locally but were dissatisfied. Meowtel found us a wonderful, five-star sitter whom we tried out and we are absolutely delighted with her, as are our cats, and the Meowtel platform gave us added confidence. I have already recommended it to others. The app is easy to use (though I would not mind if it directly supported the larger iPad screen,)

A Vital Service
From scheduling on the easy to navigate app, to selecting and booking local recommended cat-sitting providers, Meowtel offers great performance. A breeze to use. Very thoughtfully designed and delivered. It was recommended to me by a nurse and I highly recommend it for cat lovers as well. My only criticism is it’s a bit pricey and you’re expected to tip on top of the fee, but you get what you pay for and peace of mind while away, in my mind, is worth the expense.

As a sitter I really appreciate the support that is provided. Any time I have had a question, or needed guidance, they always respond promptly. Not only that, but they take the time to have a true back and forth conversation and ensure understanding. I feel confident in knowing they really care, about all of us.

Honest and trustworthy
Company has experienced and trustworthy cat sitters. Price seems comparable to other companies. My normal cat sitter (the neighbor’s kid) was unavailable and Meowtel totally saved the day!
Easy and safe!
Meowtel made the whole process easy for finding a sitter. They have plenty of availability in my medium size city, even during holiday weekends. The whole process was smooth and I’d highly recommend.

This was my first time using Meowtel, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy from the beginning, with great options of cat sitters near me with great reviews, easy payment system, communications with the sitter, etc. I will definitely use it again. Our sitter, Alejandra was wonderful.

A Great Find
I saw Meowtel’s advertisement on Facebook. A friend of mine left me in a bind and I needed cat care almost at the last minute on the Fourth of July weekend. I tried Meowtel and was very pleased. I got responses right away from sitters. I love the option for a virtual meet and greet. I love that it’s a cat only care site. I was able to hire a sitter at a competitive rate for my area. Valerie did a fabulous job and was very personable besides. Meowtel was a great find, and I do plan on using it again.

They do background checks
They do background checks which made me feel a lot more confident booking my cat sitter with them. The app is user-friendly and does everything I need it to do. No complaints!
