Need to re-login every time you open using email or phone despite setting up Face ID.

Log me out frequently
The app log me out after every 2-3 days. This doesn’t make any sense and absolutely unnecessary. Look at the app ratings, 1 star. Seems like the company/developers don’t care at all.
Never remembers login
Frustrating app. Have to log in all the time, doesn’t remember log in details. Not many features. One of the worst super apps.
Words fail me
This travesty of an app is absolutely abysmal, not even the mandated minimum 1 star expresses my discontent, no stars doesn’t seem to be an option, despite being accurate.

Every single time I go to use the app it’s forgotten my pin and Face ID and I have to remember my password and set it all up again. Every. Single. Time.
Worst app on App Store
Thanks Mercer for creating one of the most useless app. A 15 year old can make an app that retains saved credentials including biometrics . Yet a billion dollar company makes an app where I have to sign in with my credentials and re register my biometrics everytime I wanna access my super.

Unreliable
Who ever design this app are not competent. At least find good software designer.
Can’t even log in
Launching the app brings a totally black page. Constantly log out completely, does not hold any user details.
Genuinely poor
Like other users have noted, the login features of this app would have to be amongst the worst of any financial services firms on the planet.
Appalling…
It has been bad for a long time, but what is far worse is that there has been zero effort by Mercer to remedy the basic flaws in this App. I am going to move my super OUT.
Is this app getting discontinued
Please advise if this app is getting discontinued, as I see another app on App Store with same name but different logo? Or is the app a scammers version?

App is so flaky it makes you wonder what is going at Mercer . Is my super safe? Raised issue with Mercer. The staff member was very indignant and assured me that 5.2 release would solve all issues. It seems that it is now worse and I now have to login every time

It was bad enough you had to log in every time to access - now as a member you can’t even log in . You would think they could get this right
Disgrace
For a professional financial services company to offer this unbelievably poor application in the present day is astonishing and greatly concerning. The app appears to be a Beta version from circa 2005. There are so many issues I won’t begin to list them. Only to say that Merced’s management team and board should be embarrassed for this product being on the market for so many years.
