Insufferable
Every time I open it I’m forced to update, have to spend time minutes up facial recognition again and 4 digit pin only to repeat the process in a few weeks
Frequently inaccessible
Good when it works, but very frequently ‘experiencing technical issues’ or under maintenance.
Simply app-alling
This app simply doesn't function a lot of the time and when it crashes it suggests you contact them during business hours Monday to Friday - Sydney Australia time?!! Whatever happened to 24/7 online chat and support? Hopeless.
Difficult logging in
I had a problem trying to log in when I would get one sometimes two requests for a One Time Code.
I contacted the team and they seemed to have fixed the problem as I just open the app as normal. So thanks to the customer service and tech teams.

App crashes
The app crashes when trying to access certain areas. I attempted to seek help through the non-mobile friendly website, and was constantly lead back to the same page where help cannot be sought. Very frustrating
