Terrible
Hey,
I tried this initially to get home from work but after that it hasn’t really done a good job of limiting the amount of people on a ride.
When I try contacting them about they DON’T do anything to fix it.
Each time I try this I just get disappointed in the terrible service.
Truly disappointing.
Fix this, micro metro, limit the amount of people on a ride and do a better job of putting people ALL close to each other.

Reliable but impatient drivers
Had a driver leave me after waiting less than a second while I was right across from them waving as they had just arrived. They just shrugged and left. They’re supposed to wait a few minutes before they take off.
One of the best ways to get around Los Angeles
As the title says, fully stop. This app is one of the reasons I can afford to live car-less in Burbank. In situations where busses don’t have routes or I need to get somewhere at a scheduled time, Micro Metro allows me to do that for a fraction of the price of what Ubers or Lyfts would cost me. They can even get me to and from the Hollywood-Burbank airport! Seriously, if you live in LA, you need this app.

Needs to be expanded to all of USA. Great service for free, sometimes the govt sets the appointment not to work so you have to go to the website! Also, they don’t drop you off at exact location they drop you off at a bus stop; it would be nice if the bus stop had an ID number to match the bus stop reference in the app. I don’t know fb/nb. Give me money for my suggestion! Cheers

A must have
Kind drivers, clean buses, and fast service (for the most part) and easy to use app. Can’t rave about it enough, highly recommend.
Love the service but needs work
I’m grateful that Metro Micro exists, and is so affordable. But there are so many problems with the system. My rides come early, they come late, there’s no way to communicate with the driver, and it feels like chaos. Plus in the app they often give you intersections instead of addresses for drop off and pick up, which makes it impossible to figure out where you’re going. Because you can’t put it into a map.

Pointless
What’s the point of this if when I try and request a ride it just me the bus time then I see several of the car service pass me by while I’m waiting for the bus.

I have a booked a ride 4 times and the driver never showed up, walked back and forth awaiting it’s arrival for 3+ hours.
I sincerely don’t recommend this service for anyone who doesn’t have their time wasted.
