Why do you not have text alerts it’s 2026
I would like to know why every other banking app has text alerts but for some magical reason this credit union refuses to have a tech team work on this issue. I’ve asked every time I go into the bank. When are we getting text alerts? And the only answer I’ve ever gotten is soon. That was three years ago. Or our tech team is working on it. That was also three years ago. Do you even have a tech team and can they work harder on the text alerts part of the notifications. That would be great thanks.

I have been forced to agree to something I don’t understand, just to access MY money in MY account. I am not happy about your methods and will be closing my accounts with you.

This new app is slower, it glitches more and the face log in works about 30% of the time. The older 1 was better

The phone call and PIN is very cumbersome to just make a payment.
